While I was playing, Tony Vendetta told me there was someone breaking NLR in Plaza so I turn around and see you. I then ask you if you know what NLR means and while I've sent that message I type !warns and check your warns. I then see you have 14 warnings and 3 bans and only 5d of playtime so I typed Lmao in chat because I actually had to laugh a little seeing the amount of warns vs playtime. I then said you should know what N.L.R. means with your amount of bans/warns and that you should read the rules. (You also later stated on our Discord server that you have read the rules many many many times, your warns show otherwise)
You did mention on Discord that you think you got RDMed, which you did not mention at all during the sit. Once your ban is over if you decide to play again please make sure to mention this. I do think however that it was me or tony that killed you when you came running after us with the knife and we countered you. (Not sure though but I assume that's what you thought the RDM was)
If you're getting fed up with getting banned maybe try actually reading the rules and if you're not sure about what something means ask staff before running straight back into the NLR zone.

Not banned by Varem. You were banned by myself on October 29 but I do remember Varem taking you into a sit so maybe that caused the confusion. 
You indeed did prop spam and spawn a shit ton of Half Life props in the MB garage. It will be up to the staff manager if he decides to give you another chance or not.

You were told by Tobias Mann (who was alongside me playing as mafia) that you are going to unlock the doors of the cells and to immediately walk upstairs with us to unlock the doors.
You do indeed unlock the door as you mentioned in your appeal but as soon as you walked out and saw the SA member you closed the door on me and tried to run towards the SA member, while you were under gunpoint. This is breaking the FearRP rule as you must value your life.
I then open the door and continue the gunpoint, you walk upstairs as instructed. I follow while holding you under gunpoint, and you run back downstairs without being told to do so, again breaking FearRP. 
This is why you were banned.

I'll just go ahead and +1 this, so you will be unbanned most likely by Auster and have your warn removed. In the future when you're stuck just have  your friend PM me in-game or poke me on TeamSpeak. Or if you can yourself message me on discord, or poke me on TeamSpeak. As you could see I was saying "Hello?" and asking you to drop your weapons several times, so then I physgunned you and you did not reply, which led me to believe you went AFK.
I hope you understand my reasoning, and as to why I thought you were AFK. The menu you were in is opened by pressing the F1 key so that you know in the future. Also I noticed my voice was very quiet in the video, you can make people sound louder by typing "voice_maxgain <number>" (recommended: 10-12) in the console (F10 or ~). 

Might want to edit the ban to several counts of ban evasion. Let's not forget that I initially gave you the advice of appealing your 30 warns but instead you decided to evade your ban not once but twice (maybe even three times?). 
You were banned a month ago for ban evasion by myself. So it has not been half a year, you have only been permanently banned without evading for little over a month. Before I banned you, you had been playing (and you admitted this yourself) on several accounts as several people. For some reason a part of the staff members knew this but as soon as it came to my attention you were banned for ban evasion (22nd of October 2020). 
I then again said that if you actually want to get unbanned you have to appeal it to which you replied "I will never stop". So who knows how many times you have evaded your ban since..

When putting your SteamID into the playtime menu I noticed that you have 9w of playtime. We do not give verbal warnings to players who have that amount of playtime. You are definitely a veteran player, and tier 1 warnings are also issued for accidental rule breakings such as this one. 
You only have 3 warnings and 9w of playtime, I wouldn't worry to much about this simple Tier 1!

Several things to mention here.
1. People seem to think the time at which you play (& playercount) the server (night time uk) makes you able to break rules or makes staff more lenient. This is not true so even if you think it’s harsh l, its not it’s the guidelines.
2. I did “explain”, and I put that in quotation marks because there was not much explaining required. I asked you about three or four times what you are doing but without any reply from you. Since you decided to spawn a huge blast door in front of PD and you start throwing bottles at it I told you that's prop mine, you acknowledged but asked me to cut you some slack. To which my reply was that you have 9 weeks of playtime and have been a CO before (thus you should know the rules) and are therefore a veteran player.
3. Last but not least you wrote ”Do you think your ban was justified: Yes” this is already reason to have this appeal denied.
All in all you know the rules, you knew you were in the wrong but unfortunately, I did not give in to your request for me to be lenient. Therefore you get a -1 from me.

Upon the Austro-Prussian War of 1866 and the break-up of the German Confederation in the Peace of Prague, the North German Confederation was established, instigated by the Prussian minister-president Otto von Bismarck.
