Seeing that the tree he spawned was the one we have in the forest area of the map (this tree it not twice as tall as a player but about 5 times as tall) which would come to around 30 ft. The tree would still weigh over a thousand pounds (~500kg) he would not be able to lift it himself.
Either way since you replied immediately after the appeal was posted and are close friends with the individual that has been banned, I suspect he has "advertised" his ban appeal to you. I do consider your views as biased since you are a close friend of him and not involved in this situation and sincerely hope that your replies are not taken into account in this appeal.

So you were carrying a full size tree (not cut, not trimmed, had all branches and leafs) by yourself? No. -1

spawing a "giant tree" out of nowhere is defined as "Prop Minge" and I actually forgot to warn you for FailRP as well. The tree which was spawned by Dustan was not a christmas tree as it was a Oak Tree and not a coniferous tree. I do not think that I need to make further explanations since it is obvious why you were banned. Overall a valid warn/ban......

+1 but I do think that it would require some other changes
- Remove armored vehicles from 1.SS
- Make 1.SS actually be the Wachbataillon that they are.
- Remove automatic weapons from OrPo (equip them with pistols that might be slightly buffed)

Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: Has I stated before I don't know what I got banned for. I simply tried to join the server one day and was permanently banned.
Do you think your ban was justified: I don't think so since I never got know what for. 
Why should you be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I played on this server for so long and contributed a lot for it. I made lots of friends on this server I wish to play with them again. This is the best server of WW2 RP out there and I really want to get back on it.

Additional information: If my ban is justified, I would at least like to know why. Don't think that it is too much to ask for.

Getting into RSHA can be quite a lenghty process so you would at least spend a couple months in the regular SS jobs first to gain experience and get to know members of the community (on TeamSpeak & Discord). 
 
I do really recommend playing the SS jobs first and getting to know how everything works before making any attempt because in general other players will just joke around on how to join. Oh and also you need to be VIP to join Gestapo!

Because your name is literally "Deutscher Ehrenreich" which is German Honorable. Seeing German words are still used in our server and I do not believe that you did not know the following three words:
Deutscher (who doesn't know that this means german after playing our server for that long?) Ehren (Literally in the SS job, Ehren- und Rangoffizier, and in the "Ehrenwache" of the Wehrmacht.) Reich (I shouldn't even have to explain this one) I do think you intentionally changed your name to that hoping no staff would notice how mingy it is.
Also your "source" is 2 Wikipedia pages who are just for SURNAMES not for first names, also if a staff member decides that your name is deemed mingy you change it. Even if you don't think it is.
You have 4 weeks of playtime 26 warnings of which 16 are Tier 1's and you have even been permanently banned from our server for ERP before, you have had able time to read the rules and could have asked staff if using 2 surnames as full name was allowed. Therefore you should not be given a Tier 1. 

We’ve spoken on TeamSpeak about this and you’ve stated on the topic as well as on TeamSpeak that you know you broke the rules. Don’t see the point of the unban request, I know you want it reduced but that wouldn’t be fair to other players who have waited out their bans.

According to the logs this is the order of events and also why you were banned:
1. You advert assist by accident
2. You advert counter
3. You initiate combat (you vs 3 orpo) 
This is countering a superior force
4. Your friend (beckette) adverts assist
5. Your friends iniates combat.
Beckette did not rectify his assist before he started shooting so he had been warned for FailRP and RDM. You on the other hand have an amount of playtime which in the punishment list is classified as veteran player so along with your previous warns this resulted in your ban.
As Malte had previously mentioned this ban was changed from invalid counter reason to countering a superior force.
This is not you getting punished for someone else’s mistake. This is you getting punished for your own mistake. When you are playing with someone and you are countering together you have to make sure you dont start shooting until you both have valid counters.

You let the anwarters out of the MB Garage, gave them G43’s.
Proceeded to run around the city (which is fine IC I suppose.)
When I finally found you and the two anwärters I managed to immediately shackle the anwarter, held you under gunpoint shouted at you several times to stop but you kept jumping around (bhopping) and running away (breaking FearRP) I then said it once more, to which your reply was to shoot me (not a missclick at all) and that triggered the other anwärter to shoot me as well so I immediately went in to no clip and physgunned you and said “oh you really shouldn’t have done that” which made you realise that you were fucked I think as you did not realize before that moment that I was staff.
You then switched into the apology mode because you obviously knew what you had done was wrong. Your extremely mingy behaviour led me to believe that you had NITRP (No Intention To Roleplay) and your apologies afterwards and attempts to justify it showed me you are capable or reading,writing, and speaking English. Therefore along with the fact you have been warned before I decided that you were on the server at this point in time just to minge (NITRP) and the according punishment was issued.

I'm curious as to what these other insults were as in an NRP server I would say just saying "nigga" to someone would not yield a DTP warning.
"however while that was happening the person had put in chat other insults you had given him in LOOC aswell"

In my opinion for bypassing your ban should remain, maybe try again later this year..

I do not think you did it on accident since I have caught you several times having OOC conversations in VC. You've gotten Tier 1's, you've been verbally warned.. There's no more Tier 1 for you, you are a veteran player have been banned before for this reason. This is why I banned you for FailRP Tier 2 (again).
I think schneider has also said everything else necessary.

I doubt its accidental, if I'm not mistaken this is not his first time speaking OOC in VC and getting a warn for that.
 
They get away with it because they dont get reported/noticed by staff, clearly not an excuse. 
 
You have to remember that this is an Serious RP server with rules.

The only problem is that the Gestapo in WG's version of WW2 RP are doing a lot of the KriPo jobs. But it would be interesting to see if this could work.

You were banned by myself for:
ARDM [Tier II] Shooting someone for no apparent reason [2 day ban] LTAP [2 day ban] Since you left right after shooting someone for no reason I banned you for not only the ARDM but also the LTAP (Leaving To Avoid Punishment), this is the ban issued to people who break a rule and immediately disconnect from the server. 
I had given you a warning the day before telling you to read the rules, and then before I banned you I had also issued you a verbal warning the same day. This alongside with your 10h of play time made me issue a Tier 2 warning.
