    Dear Sir,

    I hope I do not offend you by addressing you in such a formal manner. I have only 3 questions I wish to quiz you with. 

    1. With all your knowledge and experience with and around the SCP Community and its history, I wonder what your view is regarding re-introducing ERP into the rules?

    2. What do you believe should be done with individuals such as Kaneki Frost? (he may or may not be a nonce.)

    3. What is your favourite SCP? 

    4. What should be done with the significant number of femboys inhabiting the SCP community?

    5. For you who would be the ideal management for SCP-RP?

    To me at least, it appears that he made a silly mistake. 
    There was no malicious intent behind the messages. 
    Vlad on the other hand is seemingly a malicious character aiming to attack the integrity of this soldier and the community he wishes to indulge in.
    I believe it is of great importance to hunt down and ensure this scourge doesn't bring chaos to WG again.
    A second chance is more than warranted! 

    Though I do wonder what "Breatoking Tesco Toilet" means! 

    It may be some sort of dog whistle or warning. We should definitely look into it. 
    If anyone knows what it means, please help!

    + Give higher Shock ranks better equipment (E.g Z6i or Z4 at CO or SO)
    + Prisoner transport ship
    + MAYBE Ion-Disruptor for SO or Hierarchy to shoot down suspects ships

    I don't mind the designation.

    Formerly affiliated with Her Majesty's Foundation for the Secure Containment of the Paranormal as well as the Inner Africa Expeditionary Society.

    Known to be friendly and talkative, often known to interact with Foundation personnel without revealing his position as a member of the O5-Council. He truly believes that the best way to keep the people of the world safe is through the withholding of  information. Using the phrase "Ignorance Is Bliss" as his personal mantra.

    Believed to have worked in disinformation before being recruited into the Council. Likely being a high-ranking disinformation officer.

    Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions):

    I believe greatly in my ability to make tough decisions on the fly, this not only stems from my in-game roles that require competent people for RP but also real life experiences and training I've gone through.  As well as this, I also hold my conversational abilities in quite high regard. Believing it to be one of my greats assets. Another strength I believe I hold, Is my ability to watch out for my surroundings and identify threats before they happen and reacting to them correctly. The best way to react to a threat in my opinion is to already have a precaution set up for a certain kind of situation and what's the best way to set up these precautions and Plan-B's? Information, that's what. I believe that through my utilization and securing of information I can help to make the Foundation a safer and more efficient place. 

    Planning is key when it comes to making an organization like the Foundation run like a well oiled machine. This is another area where I think a excel just to taking of roles like Event Planner which requires a lot of planning ahead. I also believe that my leadership skills provide me the ability to correctly coordinate subordinates and ensure victory or minimum loss for the Foundation

     

    Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Administration?:

    The O5 Council is unlike any other role in the foundation. They vote and decide on critical decisions whether it be external issues like GOIs or internal affairs like an out of control researcher. However, with this great amount of authority also comes an equally large amount if not more responsibility. This responsibility is what makes O5 so different, because a failure to live up to their authority could have a catastrophic result.

    The Council's jurisdiction also extends over all sites, not just their own. Which is the case with SDs.

    Unlike SDs, a Council member stretches to all foundations resources and even its most valuable assets. Their differences also arise from the Council’s level of secrecy and the fact it even has its own MTF, it being Alpha-1. They oversee the actions of the Site Administration and make sure to uphold the Foundation’s main objective, secure, contain, protect 

     

    What is the O5 Council?: 

    The O5 Council are 12-13 overseers who maintain the direction of the Foundation and vote on critical decisions which will often seriously affect the Foundation in one way or another. Such as, GOI relations, the altering in foundation rules, the cancelling of projects or the altering of classifications. They do this through a democratic vote with O5-13 usually being seen as the deciding vote. Every Council member identity is held with the utmost secrecy and anyone below Clearance 2 is not know of their existence. Also being able to detonate the warheads on sites. They are there to uphold and retain the principles of the Foundation for not just themselves but also every personnel. To secure, contain, protect, so they can keep humanity safe.

     

    Are you currently head of a department (Job Manager), general staff in Nu-7 or a Site Director?: No, only ECM (I head the Department of Personnel Integrity in ECM), HoEA and Research Supervisor (HR).

     

    What Department would you like to focus on? (Research, Mobile Task Forces, Ethics,...): Disinformation & Information Security (Something like that)
