First off he should have gotten it last time in my opinion, and from the response he almost did but they didn't want to accept too many people at that period. He is incredibly active and still balances his work/game time very well. He is incredible with handling situations and dealing with complicated messed. I know a lot of this because I have probably spoken with Zab almost every day for over a year with ourselfs each being under eachothers command at differnt periods and also now I am supervising for his regiment.
He never rushes to conclusions and also takes input very well and listening to all sides, he is a very kind and fair man. He is also incredibly hardworking and has put lots of effort into this community and would make an excellent staff member. This may sound biased but he is the strongest candidate in my opinion. It would be almost insane not to accept Zab into staff this time round.

Have you got experience in staffing RP servers: Used to co-own a starting SWRP server back in 2014-ish. So experience yes, do I remember everything. No.

Predicted time on server per week: It depends on work, i think I can do at least about 25-50 hours. During summer holidays, when I am super busy, it might go down to 25 but other months. But all the other months I do easily 50+ a week.

Do you use a microphone: Yes I do.
What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: I would like to achieve some more chillness in the staff team. Meaning i would like it if staff members were able to say “oh I can take it easy today because Zab is here”. And of course try to make the server better for the players. Try to help them out where I can and such.
Why do you stand out among other candidates: I think I stand out because of my maturity, calmness and my time in this SWRP community. I also think I stand out because I don’t just judge people from the start. Meaning I don’t look at someone and think “oh he is fucking around, he is a minge”. I will of course listen to people who say someone is mingy, but I do always like to see for myself before judging someone.
Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): I think you should be picked for staff because: My age: Basically that bring the benefit that I have my own house. So I can be on whenever I want for how long I want [If I don’t need to work that is of course] I also think this makes me a bit more rational and mature in my decision making. My Calmness: I hear from a lot of people that I am a very calm and relaxed person. This would be a good quality to have in a team. And this also helps me to deal with people. For example that person that is really slow and everybody gave up on. I am the guy who has the patience to help him out. I know where I stand: My goal in staff is not to become super admin, my goal is to help people out and I can do that as moderator. And know that is the job I am applying for. I am not the guy who is going to make the server changing decisions and I am okay with that. I don’t mind helping out a little more:
I never mind to stay longer or take over SOD from someone. As I said before. I would like staff to have that possibility to just say “ oh Zab can help me out here and take over”. As long as it does not influence my own reg or my work.
Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: Yes I do. But if I am not suitable for the job, it’s more than reasonable that I would be removed.
If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: I would instantly ban him for 2 weeks….. Just joking. I will not use staff powers to resolve a IC rule like that. I will resolve that IC by IC means.
You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:
I would apologize and then tell them to check their DM’s. There should be a message from me there with a good reason why I haven’t done it. If i didn't let higher up know. I will accept the punishment of course.
You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: Well, that sounds like a me problem. But what I won’t do is start trouble or anything. If there was to be a serious problem, then I would talk to higher ups about it. You can’t like everyone, but that doesn’t have to mean that you can’t work together.
