    Born In Spain, Valencia. Lucas came from a rich family and went to the Private School Of ███ ████. His father worked as a Doctor in site-██. With his father heavily disciplining him every time he came home, his stress was taken out on his child. His mother on the other hand, was a caring mother and loved his child very much. She was a local chef who put her heart and soul into her work. It was very clear. Lucas' family was very uneasy. And it was no surprise that they divorced. Lucas decided to stay with her mother and the mother got a share of his husband's bank account as settlement. 

    Lucas Antonio moved to America, and started being home schooled by his mother. Learning how the world works and knowing his place in the world. Lucas was fascinated with the world and how it works. He read books about authority and History.

    Site-██ contacted Lucas on 11/5/█. The site was undermanned and had a lack of authority. The site offered Lucas a Job as a Field Agent. He accepted the offer and started his work immediately after leaving his mother. He did really well at his job, we was recognized by Site administration. Being offered a Job offer of a DOEAA agent on Site-█. Moving away from Site-█. 

    After the killing of ECM and HOEA ████ ████. He was invited to join the Head of External Affairs and passed an interview for the Ethics Committee.

    Why should we pick you: First of all I just really enjoy events, it’s a fantastic way of spicing up the gameplay within the server and can provide for many opportunities to take part in new scenarios, see new places and meet new people.     you have no experience as a staff member, you are blacklisted from jobs which makes it hard for anyone to trust you. I know staffing doesn't require how you can roleplay, but it can get you more invested into the server and know how the playerbase reacts to such things.

    From what i've read, your event plan doesn't consist of any major roleplay. It's more of "anomalous man in ovis appears omg for the 500th time!" 

    I appreciate your effort put into the event plan, but it's interactions and knowing what type of person you are that I can't trust you with EP.

    1) What is the role of the Central Security Bureau in the site?:

    The Central Security Bureau is a internal task force which enforces the law, Investigating site personnel and Watching over site order. While ensuring every foundation employee have their rights maintained and not broken by other foundation employees. They can punish foundation employees according to the legal codex. Which they mustn't break as they set an example. They work with the Ethics Committee closely and cooperate with them.

    2) Define the Legal Codex

    The SCP Foundation Legal Codex are crimes which you are capable of doing during your time in the foundation. Employee or not, anyone can be prosecuted according to the Legal Codex as it states, This includes foundation personnel and civilians. Legal laws can range from Disciplinary Violations  to Crimes against the foundation to Crimes against Humanity and Normalcy.

    The Legal Codex ensures there is order and stability inside the site.

    3) Explain How To utilise The Foundation Legal Codex as a CSB member. 

    I would familiarize with the legal codex and always have a copy of it on me for me to use accordingly. I would use the codex and use it to determine one's sentence for a violation of the codex; while listening to witnesses and gathering evidence for arrest.

    4) What is the Foundation Rights Act?

    The Foundation Rights Act was introduced and only applies to anyone who works inside the foundation. This was because the Foundation is international and very secretive; Legislative law from a country can't be followed. The Act was introduced due to The Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948 becoming outdated, so the foundation introduced their own set of rights that can't be violated unless any of Article 4 is met. 

    5) An Alpha-1 is suspected of behaviour massively in violation of the Codex. What do you do?

    I would gather evidence first of all. While monitoring the A-1 to check if their behaviour is indeed violating the codex. If it turns out he Is, I would ask to speak in Private to him, Then I would face scan him to check if he is an Actual A-1 agent, If he isn't I would immediately detain him and if there's any resistance I would Kill the hostile. 

    Once I had his name and description I would contact or try to locate his Commander and give him the evidence; I would explain the situation. Going from there I would talk to the Commander and decide what would be the next course of action. 

    6) Explain, In your own words, an ideal investigation into a whitelisted job member if they have broken the codex.

    The Ideal investigation would be all witnesses speaking out without bias and the events leading up to the violation of said codex law. All evidence being presented by witnesses and the member who has broken the codex explaining his story. If he is found guilty than he would be punished according to the legal codex.
