As current hierarchy of my regiment I understand discipline and how to handle situations swiftly, fluently and effectively. When I first joined 104th, it did not appear to be amongst the most active or well performing regiments, as you may be able to see by my constant daily activity and the amount the regiment has grown I have proven myself to show great teamworking and communication skills to help my regiment grow to the full extent it has. Also I have been Head of Staff on multiple other Garry's Mod servers (That I don't know if I can list here) for multiple years, these roles also require leadership and situation handling skills and have shown I can handle anything whilst treating everybody with equality and respect. I also believe I have great leadership skills which plays a huge part in being a Battalion member and I'm able to communicate confidently, straight to the point to a very large number of people. I also believe I have a good sense of morality which I would use to help make decisions. Lastly I am always available to improve and grow with feedback to know what people like, as well as to improve decision making skills of mine. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) The roles and responsibilities of Battalion is to ensure your troopers are performing as well as they can, this can be from the regiment you supervise to all soldiers on the battlefield and involved both in and out of combat scenarios. Battalion are also to keep everyone on and off base safe, this can be from allowing and disallowing troopers to enter / leave the MB for various reasons and also letting random people on / keep out the wrong kind from the base. You must also instruct and direct regiments to specific duties on the battlefield depending on the active situation at hand. Your responsibilities as Battalion are also to ensure what you are doing is for the greater good, abuse of power / misleading people is a huge nono and you must ensure you stick to all basic base rules like everyone else, you are no exception. You must also handle shifts of Defcons which once again determines the safety of the base and the people on it. You must handle events as well as possible and must also communicate with the event host to ensure they are able to do their events properly. Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: (If so, explain why) Yes, I have been demoted from GC for the ban reason stated earlier, this was due to me prop killing my friend at night time during March, 2020. It was unacceptable and I have learned my lesson since then. Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading: (IN DETAIL) They are to ensure their regiment is performing well in combat, each Battalion member is assigned their regiments special equipment to assist their regiment in battle. They should attempt to remain safe during battle and avoid dying at all costs however frontlining at times may be necessary to provide support to other troopers especially their own regiment if needed. They are also not to overrule orders made by the leading Battalion member and also not to get in the way of their orders.
