  1. Server you got banned from: SCP RP

    Your name in-game: Jonah Madrion

    Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:167095401

Admins' name that banned you: Not known.

    Admin's steamID: Not known.

Why did you get banned?: I was never told by anyone explicitly, nor does it say when I tried to join the server, but what I heard it was because I deleted the Research Discord. This was I think at October 2020.

    Evidence(Un-necessary):

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?:

It has been almost 8 months since the time I deleted the Discord. I was fairly burnt out on the game and at the time admittedly needed a break, but other than this I have a fairly good record. Very few warns over my almost 20 Weeks of playtime, and I was only banned once before, for a day for an RDM.

To be honest, I didn't even see Research as going anywhere at the time, and it wasn't even considered an 'official' discord, since neither Xunt or Harland was in it.

Anything else?: Why do I want to rejoin? Theres plenty of people on the server I get along with still and I would like to play with once again. And for those I disliked is either gone or they are gone/left.
Not to mention I have put alot into the server personally, both money and time, and I'd like to continue playing now I'm no longer burned out or annoyed at people.

The bored-looking researcher stood in the doorway as the heavy metal containment door slid open, frowning at a clipboard and idly setting a small, unmarked brown box on the table at the front of the temporary containment chamber.

He took several further steps in, the door sliding back into place, and paused to scratch at his unruly beard. It matched his hair, and neither matched his professional attire. Finally, he looked over his black-rimmed glasses and at her.

His hand made a few quick strokes on the clipboard as he noted the 3 sets of sleek, high-pressure restraints binding together her forearms, her wrists, and her ankles. The hint of a grin found its way onto his face.

"SCP-... Er it looks like we haven't gotten around to giving you a designation yet. I'll call you SCP-6900 in the meantime.  It says here you were recovered alongside several other cultists, who have been determined to be non-anomalous. So I guess that means you're their leader."

He dragged a chair from the table to sit a few feet away from her, his perpetual grin beaming down at her.

"Do you know what we've done with them, now that you're in here?" He eyed the red-headed woman in her burned and ragged outfit, interested in her response.

The researcher had himself a stunning catch- an eldritch tendril being coalesced into the epitome of Neo-Sarkic beauty. Her small body was impossibly slender with the barest hint of breasts pressing out against her robe, and he had the notion that he could break her in half with his bare hands if he tried. Pale unblemished skin showed through the tattered fabric, providing a good view of those shoulders and shapely thighs- any wounds inflicted in battle, or out of spite by agents, have already regenerated. But her crowning glory was the luscious crimson hair that fell past her thighs, rippling like silk with every movement. Her delicate face, adorned with an air of haughtiness, completed the dollish look. At his address, the girl’s lashes fluttered and red eyes glared up at him, bright with hatred and disgust.

"You will address me as Karcist Yao, scum." Agnes spat, trying to keep any trace of fear out of her voice even as she began to dread what was happening to the rest of her followers. Resurrecting Adytum's Wake from its destruction had been one of her greatest accomplishments, the first step in a lifelong dream towards Apotheosis... It wasn't supposed to be this way.

"Well that's not even close.  No, your followers, let's call 'em, are being held in individual containment cells nearby. And they have this neat little function where if I say a particular phrase..." he pontificated, pointing to the camera and implied microphone... "Such as say, 'Terminate the subject in test chamber 1...'" his voice was drowned out by a loud bang and a scream cut short. "...that happens."

He twisted around to grab the brown box from the table, pulling at it to no avail for a bit. "Oh and just so you know, they can all see this.  Wave at them." he tilted his chin up at the camera. "Oh, wait you can't.  I'm only gonna say this once, SCP-6900. Cooperate and the rest of them get to forget everything and go home."

"Now tell me, what is the most efficient way to destroy your body?"

She jumped at the sound and a moment later, realised what just happened. "Oh by Ion, you didn't... you can't... YOU SICK PIG!" The high-pitched scream was accompanied by her trying to lurch forward, but only succeeding in rattling the chair. Yet, they are the ones getting killed like animals, this sect that she had suffered to build. The only people who had ever worshipped her as a god. Their god is now writhing futilely in bondage, fighting back the trembling building in her body.

"Aha!" he exclaimed, getting the box open. He withdrew a sleek metal collar, matching the restraints already present on the anomaly. He held it up towards the camera.

"You know what this is?" he shook it "About $45 worth of metal. You know what it does?"  He snapped it open quickly and just as quickly snapped it closed around her neck.

"It renders your God's magic just like you. Defeated, helpless, and completely at the mercy of the ones that put you in this little conundrum."

He sat back down, pulling a few playing cards from his pocket, being careful not to look at their faces.  Without warning, he spat on her face and slapped her hard on the other cheek.

"My name is your God now, slut."

He flashed the cards faces within her line of vision quickly one after another. "Now," he said under his breath, "let's see how many of your tricks are magic and how many are squid biology."

He leaned in close, testing the amnestics. "What is my name?"

For a few seconds she could only stare at him blankly, shocked. The sting on her cheek, so real, jerked her back to reality. She lowered her head in an attempt to hide her face from the view of her followers, as pretty as it looked, all flustered and streaked with humiliating liquid. Unbidden tears began to well up in her eyes, like water gushing from a destroyed fountain. Eventually, a response came behind the curtain of hair, soft and restrained, "I don't know."

Her downward gaze fell upon the collar and shivering began to wrack her slender shoulders. Even her magic, her last resort and one of her sources of pride as one of the most talented thaumaturges in the Order, just crushed like that by a merciless brute.

"No that's not it at all, I just told you." he stared at the back of the cards, irritated, before putting them away. He withdrew a syringe and like a striking snake, sunk it into her porcelain inner thigh, emptying it in an instant. Not wanting to test his luck, he quickly withdrew his arm.

He tossed the syringe aside, pulling what appeared for all the world to be a be a black nylon leash from the pocket of his lab coat.

The cocktail was designed to induce an intense burning sensation followed by complete amnesticization. He remained observant for its effects as he told her his name again, with another smack, ensuring his spit hit her eye this time.

A wail pierces the air as she writhed within the unforgiving restraints, her whole body feeling as if it was consumed by fire. But what burned more was the embarrassment, that this worthless human dared to spit at her. Even through gritted teeth and blurred sight, she managed to get out a few words, failing to notice the ominous black leash.

"Damn you, you're no god. Just a-a pig. A p-piece of meat." Eyes, moist with tears, glared up at him. Her lips curled into a shaky sneer.

He let out a disappointed sigh, scribbling down some notes before tossing the clipboard to the table. His hands hooked the nylon leash to her collar, and with a tug downward he pulled her off the chair to land on her knees, bent forward with her forehead resting on the ground and arms tucked under her.

"Is there even a brain in you somewhere? That should've been enough amnestic to make you forget how to breathe." He eyed her curiously, pressing his foot down on the leash to keep her pinned to the ground as he pulled a scalpel from his coat pocket, sliding its small plastic sheath off before kneeling down next to her.

He placed the tip of the scalpel at the base of her spine, just sharply enough for her flesh to taste it. Without a word, he slid it up her back, cutting free the fabric of her tattered robes.

Visions of blades, of dark nights in interrogation chambers, of a bloodthirsty crowd at dawn, of flurries of knives whittling away at her flesh. A pathetic whimper escaped her throat but she didn't move an inch, whether out of numb shock or the even more horrifying prospect of getting cut. The cult leader pressed her face into the cold floor, complacent and dreading his next moves.

The torn robes, once so magnificent, easily gave way under the blade. She shivered even more violently as the sterile cold air began to hit the bare skin of her back.

He noted the reaction to the blade and kept it uncapped in his hand. He pulled her collar up to make her raise, now bare chested, from the ground. He placed the sole of his foot squarely  on her face, shoving her over backwards to press the back of her head against the floor and expose her flat chest and stomach.

"Your God is pretty pathetic over here." he said to the camera, dangling the scalpel loosely over where her navel should be.

    silence rope bunny.
But Im neutral on this seems like it would work but it would need to be strict, as Elk said lots of potential for minging- but thats where strictness in managing comes in.

    [BASIC QUESTIONS/IMPORTANT Questions]

What would you like your O5 Designation to be?:

    O5-9 "The Secret Keeper"

    (300 to 350 words)

Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions):

I am fully capable of negotiating and passive role play, especially within the Foundation. I have the most fun as Foundation personnel, and prior experience as O5's before.
A majority of my playtime was spent as Foundation personnel, and a good bit playing as site management or administration. This means I have a large knowledge on the how Foundation runs and operates, and as an O5 I can help smooth out any issues, deal with any incompetent Site Directors, or Site Advisers and also assist with negotiations alongside the External Affairs department. In this role, I know how the GoI's play as well, with a decent amount of lore knowledge on the main group of interests's, and some with other minor ones.
The O5 Character I have chosen is quite connected with the Intelligence Agency, having been the Director of Intelligence Agency prior to being assigned as an O5. This fits me as I am quite capable of finding and studying people, groups and objects. Both Foundation and Group of Interests alike. I can hopefully bring an O5 that will be more

    (100 to 150 words)

How many O5 Council Members are their in the SCP universe that are known but not on record?:

As far as it is officially concerned it is a generally believed fact that there is 13 O5 Council members. However in truth there is only 12. With the 13th seat generally being seen as a tie breaker position.

    (300 words)

Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?:

The O5 Council is the highest command in the Foundation, and handle most, if not all of major and important decisions regarding the Foundation. From simple relations, the budget of research projects to the fate of entire cities and how to handle breaches. Council members basically handle all of the 'hard' or important decisions, and typically his word is law unless it conflicts with the Ethics Committee, or another O5 Council Member.
Typically onsite the O5 will observe and only intervene in necessary scenarios, and in the meantime work or assist on projects within the site. Some Council members actively help with Group Of Interest investigations, and others look into the research and development of anomalies or technology.
While O5 Council Members are allowed to roam and look around the site, like other Site Administration it is not what they typically do. Due to the likely hood of possible infiltrators or raiders, they will keep to themselves and keep their identities hidden. This is due to the vast amount of information each individual council member has on the Foundation.

    (150 words)

    Explain what makes you special:

I have been in the Werwolf Gaming SCP Community since V2, and have 8 Weeks of playtime on the current map version. Whilst I have been a council member before, the reason I was kicked out of it was due to inactivity, at which time the computer I had at the time was playing up, as well as having college. I have a good amount of experience as leadership jobs, both in the Foundation and outside of it.
I will most likely be quite active as an O5 Council Member, and try my best to partake in Foundation activities and make sure things move along smoothly within, and keep things interesting for other Site Administration on site. I would think I could get the site from a chaotic state, with little leadership to properly organised and smoothly running.
Primarily, I would say I have a relatively good behaviour on the server, with only four warns and a decent reputation. Maybe not the best but no one has a pristine record. I would do my best to set a golden example as a Council Member, and keep things serious.

    ( No Word Requirement)

How do you initiate a nuke?:

You first call an admin, of Super-admin+ and ask to initiate a nuke launch. Of course, with a good reason.

    ( No Word Requirement)

What are the rules a O5 Council member has to follow?:

Council members should not put themselves at risk: For example, heading into/near SCP Containment Chambers, going near active raid zones or hazardous ares.
Council members if possible, while not requires, keep an escort of Alpha 1 with them at all times.
Council members should not abuse their powers and demote, punish or terminate personnel unjustly or without good reason.
Council members should not go to the surface, and if they need to, only go with an Alpha-1 Escort.
Council members should not break Foundation Laws.
Council members are not to restrict testing without good reasoning.

    ( No Word Requirement)

Why would you like to role play as an O5?:
O5 holds alot of influence in how the site plays, as well as provides alot of passive RP, both with GOI's and especially onsite with other Site Administration.
And with the new O5 Update it adds more potential to character building and interaction, as it is now has more customisation. And the possibility of multiple O5 Members at one time.

I would like to point out I play ??? a bit, and thus people may not have seen me alot, or recognise my name due to the fact ??? isn't seen on the scoreboard at times.
And I do change names alot.

Just remove him he doesn't do anything and is impossible to do research on.

Pretty true, you cant interview him, and all that happens when you test is. FIRE FIRE, OH GOD FIRE
And to be honest it's my favourite CC but you can't build in it as his stupid range fucks you.
    +1 to removing it.

??? Was a fun job and I really enjoyed playing it. I think the main issue with it was some of the more ridiculous Jojo sweps annoyed people. As fun as they were to use.

I personally think he is quite underpowered, just box him in the corner and use the SWEP and he dies instantly.

Have you at all played SCP?
You can't box him in a corner as E-11. He can kill you in three left clicks of his swep.
His size regen is super quick.

  7. In some shape or form, nerf SCP-457.
He doesnt 50 damage a click to E-11 and B7.
He literally runs as fast as most people.
It is so hard contain, the last 10 breaches of him I have yet to see him be contained any way other than auto-breach contain.

Figured Willrick's "squad" would jump in eventually and swarm messages as they always tend to do to people Willrick dislikes, but none the less, I'll try my best to state some actual response to some possible valid points they might've made.

First off, my reply to these two, can you two actually explain how the video shows any proof why I shouldn't be staff, and actually outline the "reasons stated above", please? Because in my eyes, that video doesn't show anything creditable, for reasons I'm going to explain in just a minute here.

For the video now, which I have to re-iterate, is from months ago, I'd like to argue my case on why it was invalid. First off, what is it meant to prove exactly? That I use to be staff on SCPRP, Willrick reported me to hierachy for ignoring sits for an entire 17 hours (one day where I wasn't playing a server), uses a video showcasing evidence of me responding to his own sit as proof I ignore sits, and for that I'm apparently shit staff? I'm sorry if my response here sounds a bit aggressive/blunt, but that's the easiest way for me to state my point.

I'm sorry if I wasn't on the server every second of every single day and I took one day off responding from sits after doing it consistently for up to two months before first off, I took that day out to actually socialize with my friends instead of sitting on a computer all day, and for the few hours I did get on the server, I wished to actually prioritize playing with my friends and creating an enjoyable atmosphere instead of draining myself out doing staff sits for one night when I wanted to play the server normally. I'm sorry if I'm such shit staff for taking one day off doing sits, despite, Willrick's own video proving that I did still respond to the occasional one.

Secondly, the failRP accusations. I'd like to once again re-iterate this was months ago, and I don't see how it'd be an accurate representation of how I'd act now, but despite that, I'd like to actually explain the situation. The "supposed" failRP was when the SCP-RP hierarchy decided to remove the rule banning PME, so myself and a group of friends decided to make our own "event" (not even an event) on the server. For some context, on the SCP-RP server there was a group called MCND which sold anomalies and weapons, so myself and a group of friends go over to their club and buy ourselves an item which turns us into zombies and gives us a SWEP which turns other people into zombies.

Now, instead of just being mindless zombies, we decided to make an RP scenario out of it, forming ourselves as Sarkic cults, and starting a gathering on the surface and promoting roleplay, while actually roleplaying turning people into zombies through them joining the cult willingly until we had an acceptable number to the point we managed to fully take over the surface through complete roleplay and usage of a feature which any player had access to. None the less, this was considered an "event" considering the fact we were going by the name Sarkic Cults, but considering previously the PME rule was removed from the server, it was technically allowed, until Foundation members started complaining to Harland that we killed them whenever they came up to the surface, until he had to step in and stop us.

Now, after that, Willrick and his buddies essentially complained to server staff saying it was all failRP, I should be demoted, or whatever else, and that was eventually done, despite the fact everything I did at the time being in the servers rule set, which if people want to investigate into, was allowed. But despite that, Willrick and his buddies are trying to use that as some justification for me never being staff again, because Willrick still has some weird personal vendetta against me.

    Now, that aside, I'd just like to outline how suspicious it is after them having days to comment their own opinions individually, suddenly Willrick comes in with his group of friends, and they all at once, with only 2-3 minutes apart from their posts, suddenly start spamming -1's, and all start rating eachother, as evidence here shows;

    rrE6XM4.png

    vbXQvmk.png

None the less, I think the timestamps, how close their posts are to eachother, and the fact they're literally all spamming eachother ratings and they're known friends is evidence enough, but despite that, that's the only counter-argument I'll provide for the entire thing.

Not just the fact Willrick may dislike you, but you were bad staff. Constantly inactive and often ignored sits.
You constantly minged, and when CI you always got super salty as fuck. And the fact the PME rule was "removed" doesnt allow you to go make Sarkic Cults, and minge about as it.

Having you as staff on HL2RP would be a disservice to the gamemode, as it was on SCP.

For someone who doesn't have any previous staff experience, you would expect a more detailed application to compensate.

Well to be honest you could write a 2000 word long application and still be shit staff.

I am prefer to keep things short and concise, as best I can.
