What your suggestion is: Allowing CG SO+ to request court cases Scriptfodder/workshop link: N/A Any additional information: Basically I think that we never get to use the court room enough for some fun Passive RP other than in the very rare events it happens in! My Idea is that when CG are making arrests they can have the option to request for Battalion to host a court case based off the trickery of the CG situation. For example, If say a CT straight up killed a clone, CG would just arrest them as its an obvious offence. However, sometimes we get situation where a clone (from any regiment) is putting allegations against another clone - For example, Today I went to bunks area on Rishimoon to see a Dead GM Vice Commander! 74th were surrounding the body and upon asking nearby clones, one of the 74th claimed that they saw the GM Senior Commander kill his VC for getting in the way of his Laps he was forced to do. In this situation I had a dead body, a senior commander who indeed was doing laps - and a 74th examining the body who claims they saw the SCO do it. In my eyes this would be an excellent chance to do a court case for passive RP! 1) The Idea is that I would first have to make a request to the Battalion online and explain the situation - Then they decide whether it is valid enough for a courtcase (Grant or Deny the request) 2) If granted Battalion will act as an unbiased judge/jury throughout 3) The witness (in this scenario the 74th) would be the prosecutor and explain their side of the story 4) The Accused (in this scenario the SCO) would then get to explain their side of the story aswell 5) Battalion would then decide upon themselves who will be prosecuted and why - The options in this scenario would be the GM SCO for killing another clone - OR the 74th member for lying to a CG member and handing out fake allegations I think these could be very fun when a situation as tricky as this procedes itself - and it would just be a great added bonus to have during Passive RP between events! People aren't forced to attend so they can choose to spectate for fun. (This is just an idea of how it could work - obviously different situation would apply different court case roles) Anyways I hope you guys like the Idea, otherwise please leave your opinions and feedback for me to read I just wish we could make more use out for fun Passive RP like court cases without needing an event planner doing it and having it pre planned out. After all a court is their for actual situations not expected ones. (This doesnt mean i dont want to see it in events, I still really enjoy when they happen by EP's aswell) CG would still be on their duties so even if they chose to spectate the case we have to deal with any arrests that come up first and leave battalion to deal with the court case (we request it, we don't have to be their though like any other clone or battalion)

Neutral/+1 - Great guy who is very friendly & easy to get along with - He is devoted to this server and I have probably seen him join every SIM ever with me - Clearly has skill in combat (one of the few GM that doesn't burn me when I help shield push) - GM Hierarchy seem to be active for all events (which is a bad thing). However, I feel that due to this Fallen hasn't had much chance to show his capabilities with leading for his regiment - at least not that I have seen That being said, I am not a GM so I wouldn't know exactly when hes leading but personally I just haven't seen it in training or in events

Neutral/+1 - has very clear dedication to the server - clearly knows his stuff about clones as he obtained ARC - he has understanding of Battalion PoV in Events as an EP - as far as I can tell, gets along with everyone he meets whether its not at first - it is in future - My Neutral part is that I have never seen Zeref command his regiment in events - but this could obviously be that its all done in TS or someone else is Leading for 74th (or he is being EP) - my other concern is that he is 74th and hasn't had experience in pushes or attack formations as far as i have seen - However now he is ARC it's much more likely he will be in those situations Either way, good luck to you on becoming Battalion

I did this to make sure that the Battalion command is something I truly aspire for. Do you meet the requirements: Yes, I believe I have reached all requirements for Battalion. A quick summary about you: (70 Words - Minimum) So during my non-Gmod life, I currently work as a Manager for Marks & Spencer (Supermarket) working 54hrs a week during COVID-19 time - but before Covid I also competed in Boxing weekly with training and tournaments. As a whole I would describe myself as a great person to get along with for the majority of time, I think I have a great sense of humour and love to make people laugh when possible as to me that is the fun of life! However, if needed I can easily switch to being disciplinary & serious especially if it's to enforce rules against people who try to ruin things of others - which is part of the reason why I chose CG as my Regiment. I am also a very competent person I.e: after 4 months of rejoining Marks & Spencer I managed to partake the role of Manager with no undergoing experience or knowledge of what I need to do (all of this was whilst this massive epidemic was starting as well) and so far I have had day to day commendations from my store manager on my hard work and showing of common sense/quick development. I have a natural talent to understand people's feelings & understand them to a deep level which allows me to be unbiased and appreciate what they do and how they overcome. Overall, I feel that I have earnt a right to be a part of Battalion and help lead this server for both current and future players! And if you don’t agree that I have earnt my right, then let me prove to you my skill & abilities by giving me this chance. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) I believe the most important role as a Battalion member is to show all players - both new and old - that this server isn’t just a minge-fest but needs to be taken seriously to a fair extent! This can be done by giving punishment for Troopers who chose to misconduct or break other rules as such, no matter their rank or their time on the server. As a more practical role/responsibility of Battalion, they need to be looking out for adverts to Accept & Deny or even ask for Reason. They need to be able to lead events with confidence to show that they know what they are doing (with assistance from EP explaining the event), as well as commanding attack formations at the correct time such as shield pushes or RC/GM Infiltration. Moreover, a Battalion must give extensive training to their assigned regiment to help improve them & make them the best of the best! They must be able to study their given regiment and take note of/create creative originals & alternatives for regimental training, so that the players don’t feel bored of their regiment and are also inspired to push up the ranks! However, I also think that Battalion members should host SIMS & training with the opportunity for other regiments to join, so that they too can participate in alternative training to help them finalise a decision on which regiment/rank they wish to become. Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: (If so, explain why) I have not been banned, kicked or demoted. Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes I completely understand this, and is part of the reason why I wish to join Battalion so I can help enforce that discipline & gain more respectability for Battalion as a whole. What does Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? (IN DETAIL) During events where Battalion are not leading, I believe they should be with their assigned regiment to spectate their higher ranks and see their capabilities of leadership, so that they can feedback their criticisms for improvement to the player who commanded for the event. They should also keep an eye out for new/lost clones, and give them orders to follow so they have something to do (or atleast give them direction to where the rest of their regiment has gone). What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session? Do a basic training Lead an event correctly Complete a debrief What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? The Co-Leader is the second in command, and they should assist the leading Battalion member in completing their tasks and help make their decisions/suggest some. The Co-Leader should always be prepared to take charge in the chance that the leader has to disconnect or goes AFK. Finally they should be keeping an eye out for event requests to accept and deny so that the leader can focus on their main priorities. Anything else: I hope that you guys can believe in me as a Battalion member, or at the least give me the chance to prove I can be a good one! +1 Haven't met this guy long, but he is a great person play Gmod with! Had some time going through the Jedi ranks and I have never once seen him minge or be annoying! I think Space really deserves the staff role and I am 100% sure he will show you that as well if he is accepted!
