Hiya dude ye im not a PVT i had to leave the server for personal reasons and left PC all together for a couple months i have only played this server on gmod so my hours are genuine

Have you taken any breaks since: 08/09/2020 ( one small break 2 months for personal reason [now resolved] ) How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums: Pretty much all the time for RP and to communicate with friends. I use all three. State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff on the server is to enforce and uphold all rules and regulations. Staff are there to assist and help all players progress in the community whether that is with supporting player to follow and understand the rules or dealing with bullies and minges. YES List of all previous server staff experience: N/A Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: YES Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would teleport to the player in question in noclip so that they cannot see me and observer there actions for a short period. If they are participating in any legit RP i will let them finish and them bring them to one side and freeze them while i check logs. In logs i will be able to see who they have killed and how many they have killed. I will question them and the person that got shot to see if it was a case of cross fire or if it was deliberate. If it was proven that it was done on purpose i would hand out the appropriate punishment for MRDM/RDM. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would ask in /OOC of anyone would be available to train a cadet. If no one steps forward i would speak to a battalion member so that they can select a clone to train the cadet/cadets 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If it is proven to be an accidental discharge than i would not intervein as it is a mater for CG if they decide they want to do anything about it. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: Dependent on the rank i am during the malpractice i will consult them in private reminding them that they would have to do it in the future. This is dependent on my rank at the time. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would explain how what they have done is in actual fact FAILRP and i would explain how and why it is. If they continue to disagree i would give them a link to our rules and forums if they wish to follow it up further. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would not argue further as that would not get us anywhere. I would send them a forum link to follow up the warn/ban Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe i would make a great Staff member as i am an active, friendly had working member of this community. During my time on the server i have learned to be responsible and dedicated. I understand the importance of respect and i have during my time on this server i have developed key characteristics that are vital to guide lower members. I am able to read a situation and decide whether it is best to be serious and strict or whether i have to be more relaxed in order to de-escalate the situation. I believe that i am a good teacher/mentor as i am easy to understand and an di have a good knowledge of server rules. I have a wide knowledge of ULX commands which i believe may be similar to the servers current admin mod. I am a chill person and easy to get along with. i have built many friendships an di have an overall good relationship to the servers members. I am a good at following instructions and following rules without messing up. I am a fast learner, and a dedicated one. I have a wide knowledge of the servers rules and regulations and i wont hesitate to help someone who is in need of assistance. I am a great thinker and often have good ideas that could help benefit the server and its community. As a member of this community i also want to help make this a enjoyable environment for all people to RP in. (As a side note i have dyslexia so my words may not be accurate and or the way i lay my words out may be jumbled)

State the role of staff on the server: To moderate the server. look after the players on the server and assist in any problems or situations where an admin is needed. Staff should be able to diffuse situations and resolve them without much conflict. Staff members are there to assist and guide new and old members. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes i have read them and understand them. List of all previous server staff experience: i have not been staff on this server however i have been staff on prior RP servers.
