Why: IRP: N/A CWRP: Never demoted, resigned the first time due to loss of interest and resigned the second time due to focusing on school. 4 ) In hindsight, what would you have done differently as a staff member: I would have been more active as a staff members at times where I wasn't enjoying the server as much, so I was at least fulfilling my duties as a staff to a better standard. 5 ) How have you improved since you left the staff team: As I have gotten older and experienced more in life since coming back, I have become more mature which will help me deal with all situations in character and staff much better and can keep a cool head no matter what which I sometimes struggled with before. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: First I would teleport the person reporting this to a sit and ask who it was. Then I would bring the accused player to the sit as well. I would then question them on the situation, whilst checking logs. I would then hear out both stories, tell the player what he did was wrong if he did kill other imperials and hand out a punishment accordingly. (Warning him for RDM, MRDM or ARDM depending if he killed anyone or multiple people and a ban if he did MRDM). 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would first teleport to the cadet to tell them that I will get a trainer for them, then I would teleport to a fleet member to ask them to send a trainer to the cadet area. As a last resort I would ask an NCO+ directly to go train if there is no one responding. 3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: Since it was one shot which was an accident, that doesn't count as ARDM so I would leave the situation alone for any RP punishments. 4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I wouldn't do anything as staff since it is an RP situation but I would remind him in character of the rule. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would teleport them to a sit an explain to them that what they did was FailRP and then explain that we cannot write every example of FailRP in the rules and give them a verbal warning. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would first explain to them why I gave out the punishment and if they kept on arguing I would tell them to make an Unwarn or Unban request on the forums. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I think I deserve staff more than other applicants because I have been in this community for 4+ years whilst being staff on the CWRP server for 3 years in total, so I have tons of experience to bring to the server, whether it's dealing with troublemakers, helping players or improving the general atmosphere on the server. Since coming back to the community I am more motivated than ever, as this is a fresh server, meaning that I will be active and devoted to the role and committed to providing a good performance as a staff member to make sure that everyone on the server enjoys their time with the least amount of problems and to make sure that any problems are dealt with swiftly and to a great standard. I will also bring an upbeat environment for both players and staff to further improve their experience on the server, which may also help with minges turning into active and respective players. Another reason I should be picked is that I know what it takes to make a good staff member so you can expect good activity and an experienced player with a cool head to help and I know what the hierarchy expects from me, so they won't have to worry about anything in that aspect. If picked I will uphold the role of staff to its fullest and always perform at 100% to make sure that the server is a great place for both old and new players respectively.

Just like with Pingu, READ THE SUGGESTION!!!!. Literally said to remove dets and nerf shotgun and like bongo said the repeating blaster is like a smg which suits 501st's close range combat style. And the dropship argument is so dumb because EXO+ and ARC are the only people who can actually fly it so if you actually count the equipment we have if this gets added it will be 3 (Health,shotgun,repeating blaster) and dropship for the ranks that can use it, so for normal ranks we will have the same amount of equipment as 327th. Plus the dropship is used to get to places quickly so we can then use our close range equipment to deal damage.

What your suggestion is: Add repeating blaster for 501st CO and aboveScriptfodder/workshop link: Already on serverAny additional information: We have very little equipment for 501st so remove thermal dets from the regiment since we barely use them and the repeating blaster will go well with our close range combat style due to its high rate of fire. Also since everyone cries bout our shotgun being op possibly lower the damage if we get repeating blaster but not by a lot since we wouldn't have thermal dets anymore.

-1 The 501st dropship is 1 of 3 pieces of equipment we get and makes sense for us since we have to get up close quickly to deal damage with our shotguns. I get 327th also want to get to the front lines quickly but you have like double our equipment and more range then 501st so I think it would be unfair to 501st if 327th also got to use dropships.
