Handling d class/ d block is annoying and can lead to less than optimal situations, was in multiple sits myself cause of d class doing some shit or another/ escaping/ not leaving airlock etc and trying to frame me for rdm. With that in mind and your explanation given id think its alright to unban you, tho try to be careful who and why you shoot d class, or we will be here again in a bit. +1

Ban evade is definitely not good, other way around he was going to be unbanned anyways in a few hours. I think it would be alright to unban him, well, if he doesnt ban evade again cause then he deserves to be banned.

Use the unban template or its likely it will get denied by the one in charge

So if 2 people play on 1 computer at different times with their own accounts on this server. Maybe one is lvl 34 other is 16. Lvl 16 brother gets banned lvl 34 brother comes online and gets autobanned for bypassing ban?

I haven't even been able to play on this server 3 hours I wasn't even on for five minutes today after I join the server I changed my name to s c p 345 the walking d-class then I started my role play as such a few moments later I was killed buy a random agent in the facility with no conversation and no context after that happened I messaged ooc chat saying you got to love when you get no r p conversation context you just get killed After I said this I was told I'm not even are some playing because of my name an admin told me into a sitting room told me to change my name after I changed my name I told them to let me leave and send me back on my way so I can play the game and then I told them to f*** off this was very stupid and pointless after giving them what they want they kept me in the Frozen State not sending me back to the game letting me mold even more getting mad and then Banning me after I complied with what they wanted now is a brand new player on the server with only three hours in I'm banned for four days from even playing the server this man was Falls I was told I was inciting drama when I was defending myself in 00 CE This admin was very biased and handling the report and I believe this admin should be looked at in future endeavors I don't believe they should have the rank of super admin because they hold unjust biased opinions Admin was Luke ocasio Instead of banning me for the one reason he said he was going to ban me he banned me for three different complete reasons in order to stack a four-day ban on top of me I don't believe your admin should be trumping up charges just to get people a longer bann that's clear admin abuse. Im far from the best judge, tho i try to abide by the rules as much as possible, what with having done one or two big oofs in terms of rules ( meta, my eternal enemy =2 warns 1 this year 1 last one + a building rule i think). But spouting nonsense about having invested into the server, even if you did so, doesnt mean that they will "make it right cause you didnt know why u got banned". Way too much evidence against you, and damn thats some damning intel. In other words, should you be unbanned? Big F no. Read rules think about what you did wrong( I know i did and reread rules 3 times after my latest mistake) and rewrite your unban appeal some time in the future after writing a serious one and not this joke.

So out of the idk how many d class, especially new ones that knock on the door at times for minutes you are the only one i ever saw being banned for this. It is annoying/ mingy yes, but banning for that? Alot less new players if you banned everyone who does this. Just tell him dont do that, explain why he shouldnt etc and idk maybe make sure he can hear you and if not type in chat like any admin did for me now and in the past. I dont know how long your ban is Regrets if its only for a few days i would sit it out.

Im his rl brother and go by Chris Kempe on the server. I was with him most of the time and there was never a problem on the day he got banned. We were both CMs. There never was a sit called or a tp for him, he left after i went ofline first in the evening. Aside from that he was always near me or in the same zone as me which was hcz and ez since a raid was going on. We were in lcz and at d block cp but i never saw him kill d class against the rules like accused of. He may have had a warn and one ban but that is cause he didnt know the rules and thus did stupid stuff like many newer players but he definitely didnt massrdm a bunch of d class. He told me 4 were inside the d class cp which by the way is reason enough to kill without warn, he told them over voice they have 5 secs to leave. After the countdown he opened fire and killed 2 d class inside cp while the other 2 ran out onto the walkway to 173 since a guard opened the door and got killed for that. As there never was a sit call for him/ no tp etc. Aside from that the massrdm and instant ltap isnt possible since he was inside EZ for atleast 10 minutes when he left

In some cases it would be favourable to have them as civ. One example is if the zombie anomaly was on surface and a bunch of people are 016 and try to kill you. Without weapons you can either run away, die or join them. Other cases are events that have hostile elements ( some demon/ other creature that attacks etc.) PD cant always help if it actually exists.

doesnt have to be solely for civs could be expanded to allow pd some weapon flavour and or the other surface classes as well. And as mentioned some MC&D Salesmen refuse to sell to civs

They can but some refuse to do so to civs.
