Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: I was  arrested at the gates of the MB and I argued with the Arresting officer about the accusations, because he had a reason wrong once corrected I waited for them to do something. Since they just stood there waiting. At this point I had received a phone call from work (Because work and IRL takes priority above some game), and it caused me to have to leave my PC, I didn't have the time to notify anyone and as such I was away from my pc for 30 mins. I come back to find I've been banned for LTARP....when I didn't leave or do anything of that sort with any intention. If anyone says A game takes precedence above life and actual important situations....then please rethink your existence.  If Hans Wittmann actually had any understanding of this himself, I'm sure he wouldn't just outright ban someone for such a lame reason.
Do you think your ban was justified: Nope. And it will never be justified. I didn't change job, leave and rejoin etc....I actually left my PC because my work is actually important to me and I'm not going to put that aside just to suit the needs of some wannabe nazi's that live on games 24/7
Why should you be unbanned: Because I didn't LTARP....duh?

Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: I just spawned in and I was just walking around and I saw that these so called high ranking military man was arresting people many people for no reason, so I walked up to him and asked him why the reason he was arresting them for was. He Sayed why do you want to know and who you are so I said to him, I am second in command for the ministry of propaganda, from there I said if you dont want to tell me thats fine. I then proceeded to walk into the hospital were he attempted to arrest me for no reason he had no warrant and no valid arrest reason. He then pulled out a gun and I pulled out mine before he said anything so then I said I need to see a warrant for my arrest and why you are arresting me and he didn't answer so I killed him. 
Do you think your ban was justified: No, during the admin sit, the person that made the sit would not let me speak. The admin also ignored me.
Why should you be unbanned: I fell as this was a false ban, because he had not reason to arrest me in the first place, false arrest. And I was also not able to say anything in the sit.

+1 While I do not agree with the RDM, but given you were in a faction, a simple a waning or a 1/2 day ban should have been enough. I think this was just a tense day for everyone.

What they had done (Please give a detailed description as to what happened):
Threatening to ban me, giving me unrealistic timeframes to do an action which would take longer than the given timeframe of 5 seconds he had given me. Especially if we accept the premise that the server can lag, and be laggy which can be an issue for all Gmod servers especially when activity is high.

Evidence (This is not required, however, if you don't have any evidence you ARE required to come on TeamSpeak and explain what happened on there with the accused staff member present. Evidence can be videos, recordings or screenshots):
At around 22:30 GMT I logged into Gmod. I spawned at the trainstation, while outside the train station three users with grey uniforms and SS's on the collar had some ammo. One of these three told me to take some, at which point I accidently took the crate rather than just some ammo. While the person who had spawned the ammo was informing me about how to drop it, and having a bit of a laugh at me being a bit silly for taking it. Curtis Muller then came and started threating me, as well as acting all high and mighty. The other members around even told him to calm down and stop acting the way he was, and that they were explaining to me how to drop it as I had asked them politely how to.
This is when Curtis Muller then said *you have 5 seconds to drop the ammo or I am banning you* and then started counting down from 5. Myself as well as other had already told him to stop acting the way he was, as well as informing him that I don't know how, and that they were teaching me. At this point - which I imagine was due to the reaction of the crowd and Curtis being in the wrong - Curtis took me away for an admin sit. An admin sit where he decided to verbally berate me, and continuing to ban me. When I told him that I don't know how, he then decided to yell at me and say *I'm telling you how!* to which I replied with *why did you move me and threaten to ban me when the other guy was teaching me? It seems like a power trip and unnecessary* after this, when I did drop it - the delay was caused by Curtis being difficult rather than my unwillingness - I requested an admin sit to inform the staff about what happened.
It is then when I was informed to go to the forums. However I would like it noted, that when I requested the admin sit Curtis Muller decided to eavesdrop on the sit, and whenever I said something he would childishly say *no*, *never happened*, etc. even after this, he refuses to leave me alone at the trainstation.
