What the offender has done: Falsely killed/RDM'ed me inside the NSDAP offices as a member of the NSDAP.

The situation was, I walked into the NSDAP offices, the doors open and unlocked, i walked into the building while the offender was there, and he said nothing, made no attempt to notify me that i wasnt allowed to do this, and let me do so. I proceeded to walk upstairs and was prompty shot in the back, no attempt to arrest, no attempt to tell me i was doing something wrong, and no attempt to make me voluntarily leave the building, he simply opened fire. The offender was also the one to initiate combat, as seen in the logs, this can be confirmed by Senior Moderator Edwan Hartling, ihttps://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199053564041/, in my opinion, this does not represent the actions that would be taken my a member of the NSDAP in that situation.

What did the reported staff member do to abuse their power / break server rules: he attended my sit and after I said can you not attend any of my sits again because I do not like you in a calm manor  (didn't even swear at him make any hurtful comments and I was instantly frozen and banned for 6 days because "veterans:" which would be some what be understandable if I was screaming down the mic but I wasn't and if he has a recording of the situation will clearly show it was just banned because he was pissed.
I was the one who literally called the admin sit but was banned for 6 days.....

Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: I was at the plaza and someone was under arrest for some reason by three orpo men, so as a resistance member with their backs turned from me I countered and shot them all. A few days earlier I had been warned against 'countering a superior force' (7 people) during a RS raid while I was outside the RS, so when I countered the three people I did not consider that I was countering a superior force because I didn't know I could only counter a maximum of 2 people inside the city (I clearly am aware now) or 3 outside. After my warn I was not aware there is a hard limit of the number of people I can counter on my own, I just thought I was being warned for countering a comically large amount of people
Do you think your ban was justified: No, because I was not intentionally ruining RP/ minging, just had a misunderstanding. 
Why should you be unbanned: I am only banned for one more night and just thought I'd like to play tonight.

Explain the situation of your warning from your point of view in detail: i died to a large Group of men outside of the MB so when i respawned and was in spawn for about 30 seconds i went out of spawn to walk the long way to MB so i didnt break NLR but then i saw fepo being kidnapped so i shot the kidnapper then that large Group came out and shot me i didnt break NLR through out the whole thing but after i died i got dragged to a sit saying i walked out of spawn and shot a kidnapper was breaking NLR and i got warned for it even tho i never broke NLR
