For example, people ask you to give them ammunition and you don't wanna listen or you don't wanna sell it to them because you are bored. Ask ID for every thing you are selling to anyone (except for gas masks and normal ammo). For example, if you are selling something to someone and you don't ask for his ID, maybe he is from surface and wants to rob weaponry from foundation like a Micro HID (if he is disguised as MTF-E11 during a breach from 682).
