When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I joined the server from IRP's original release around November 2021 I believe. I then took multiple leaves from the server to go back to NRP. From the release of T-RP I played then for a bit then took a leave once again.
How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, IRP Discord and our forums: I use TS all the time, I check the discord quite a bit and the forums not so much anymore.

The staff have the key role of ensuring that all players on the server are following the rules listed, upholding the rules themselves and by doing this improving the RP experience for the players on the server. They are here to respond to players' queries and sits on rule breakages. All while the staff member must be ensuring they are being fair and unbiased during it.

I have been staff on W-G NRP twice. 1x Moderator in 2021 and 1x Senior moderator late 2022.

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:
First I would have to TP the player that called the sit to a roof, and then ask the player if they knew his name or had his SteamID. I would then check blogs to see the combat logs to evaluate if it could be RDM. I would also ask the player who made the sit for evidence as well. If from the combat logs I can see him initiating combat, I would TP the player and warn him appropriately from the different RDMs. Which may result in him being banned or kicked to read the rules.
2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:
I would TP to the cadet and inform him that I will find him a trainer. I would then contact the regimental COs for them to ask an NCO to go and train the cadet. If no one responds, I would TP to one of the NCOs not doing anything and request for him to do so. If for some reason there is no NCO about and I am of an NCO rank, I would switch to that job and do it myself.
3 ) During a patrol, an Enlisted Trooper accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:
This seems to be more of an IC thing. Therefore, the shock would be the ones to deal with punishing the ET and ensuring that he doesn't do it again, and can correctly safety his weapon. If there is a bug to be on the server that is causing shooting whilst saftying weapons, I would inform the Shock involved with punishing him to ensure that the punishment is not severe.
4 ) You are a Lieutenant or higher rank, an Enlisted Trooper doesn't salute you:
Once again this is not a staff matter. However, if the ET is forgetting to salute these ranks then I would remind them from their cadet training about saluting, and that not following this can result in punishments. If the ET is still forgetting then I would ensure that Shock knew or I would punish them myself, and then have an NCO run through the basic training again.
5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:
The rules state that FailRP is not limited to the scenarios stated in the rules of FailRP. Therefore, the offender would still be told to use some kind of common sense when trying to RP. If this was their first time trying to get around it, then I would simply verbally warn them. However, if they have previous warns or were verbally warned beforehand then I would warn/ban them as fit.
6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:
I would inform the player that they can appeal the punishment on the forums if they did not agree with me. If for some reason the player is verbally abusing me, another staff member or a player that called the sit I would verbally warn them first about DTP or DTS. If they continued they would be warned for it and kicked from the server to calm them down.
Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words)
I don't have a whole lot of time on this server, however, I have always been keen on this server's growth and revival. Every time it's been released again I have always come back to try it. Now I want to try and help with its revival by bringing my previous staff experience on WG from NRP to this staff team. I also intend to start being very active in the Shock trooper regiment to try and progress through the ranks and bring my knowledge (as I was a battalion leader in NRP) in running a regiment and how to make it active.
From my previous staff experience, I know how to work all the moderator ULX and access the logs etc. As I am not that well known in the IRP now ICRP community, I can bring a fresh new outlook onto the server. I also would be looking forward to starting to socialise with the members of ICRP when it's released, so that people can get more known to me. During my time in NRP I never really had any conflicts and got along with a lot of the people. Therefore, I believe I can get along with a lot of the players that still play quite fast. Also during T-RP when I was in T-SEC for a short time I tried to help Fred and the other reg heads with how to keep the regiment active. This is from the training that I hosted a lot with a fellow NCO who was Mojave. I also helped create a medic handbook for T-SEC that was then fully finished by Archer.
If I am chosen for staff, I will be the most active I can be whilst performing to the best of my ability to ensure that all players enjoy their RP experiences, and get treated fairly within the rules. Cheers, Scott xx -

Shouldn't need to explain why as these fat larpers above me already have. But the amount of rules broken here by a SENIOR STAFF MEMBER, is unreal. The Senior Admin was just promoted and from this video I believe that this staff member is not ready for Senior Staff just yet. Therefore, he should be demoted to Administrator. If this man is to be the next Staff Supervisor or Lead Mentor than I truly will question the state of this server. A senior staff member who broke rules should not be allowed to mentor or be a staff supervisor.

State the role of staff on the server: Staff on the server are there to ensure all server rules that are listed in !rules are followed by each player that joins the server no matter what rank of the player. This is to stop other players from ruining the unique RP experience the server brings for people that actually wish to RP it. The server staff will warn (verbally or actual warn), or ban any Players that are caught breaking any of the rules. The staff members can also help Players when they are needed, for example, a player may have gotten stuck in a rock, or maybe a new player is not sure how to do a certain thing then the server staff will help the new players understand.
Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+): 1941 for the Third Reich is a massive year as on the 22nd of June Adolf hitler launched operation Barbarossa which was the full scale invasion of the Soviet Union, this would the decide the fate of Germany at the end of the war. Another historical part in 1941 was when the United States joined the allies against the axis due to the Japanese attack called Pearl harbour.

Former Staff Questions (Leave these blank if you have not been staff on our server before):1) For how long were you a staff member on WW2-NRP/ORP? I was a staff member for little over 1 month I believe.
2) What rank did you reach before leaving the staff team? Moderator
3) Were you demoted or did you resign? Why? I resigned. The reason was due to little time as I was not at my house often but I am now.
4) In hindsight, what would you have done differently as a staff member? Well when I was staff SOD time was a thing which is something I lacked quite a bit. I should have been on SOD a lot more but instead I was trying to RP as my other characters.
5) How have you improved since you left the staff team? Well since having an extra 5 weeks added to my total play time I have been able to improve myself with how I conduct myself RP and out of RP.
Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: I would get the player who took the sit to give me the player's name, then check the logs to see if it shows the player in question RDMing. Once that has been proven I would take both players up to a roof away from any RP areas like the MB. I would ask the accused player if what was said was true and ask why or what was happening to cause it. I would check any previous warns and playtime for the player. I would tell the player why they cannot do that. I would then carry out the warning or ban depending on the situation and then return each player.
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: I would show the player the F4 menu first as that is one of the main ways to join. If the player is then unsure which regiment to join I would go into detail about each regiment's requirements and how they operate. If it is an application they are wanting to do I would also tell them how to do that which could be on discord.
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: I would quickly take the player out of the RP situation to let the RP continue and take him to a roof. I would tell him that he is on a serious RP server and that he must follow the RP and rules correctly or he will be banned. I would of course listen to anything he said then if he is agreeing to RP then I would return him. If he were to break it again I would ban him NITRP.
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: The player would be taken out of RP onto a roof and I would start off by telling him that he must start taking RP seriously or I would have to ban him for NITRP. I would also contact any regimental leadership in case he is to be BL from that Regiment.
5) A player is prop spamming: The player would be instantly frozen and I would grab his steamID kick him and then perma ban him for prop spamming.
Answer the following questions in detail:1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments:
Tier 1- This is when it is usually a warn or depending on the reason a ban. This could be for an Unintentional Error, New player, accident, or misunderstanding.
Tier 2 - This is for experienced players that still break rules and this will always end in a ban. This Tier can also change to veterans which increases the length of the ban. E.g. RDM - RDA punishments will be 1 day for new and 2 days for Veterans.
2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming:
IC - In character is all across the server other than the spawn are which is Inner Train station. This means you must act like a person in Berlin 1943 and RP correctly to your Job.
OOC - Out of Character is when you are not role-playing as your character. So anything you shouldn't know as your character is OOC. This could be talking about things happening in 2021 when you wouldn't know IC.
Metagaming - Metagaming is when you are using information that you should not know IC. This could be for example knowing that the person is a Gestapo Agent OOC you decide to use that Information IC to perhaps take them as a prisoner.3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP:
Serious Roleplay is when you are roleplaying a real-life event. That means if you do not roleplay it as it was then it's FailRP to do so. You must follow the Roleplay correctly all the way through it.
Semi-Serious RP is when you are Role Playing a close version of a real-life event. You are able to speak somewhat OOC but you are still Role Playing as a certain character at must stick to the basics of that character.
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode: PassiveRP is RP that does not involve or cause a massive event. This could be a bus driver setting up bus stops around Berlin and starting a bus service. Small things like that rather than a huge scale battle or partisan fight in the middle of Berlin. PassiveRP is one of the main elements that make the server fun by having lots of different PassiveRP events to engage in then it keeps the player engaged rather than just non-stop PVP.
5) Define the term of Combat Baiting:Combat Baiting is when a player will try to engage in combat with another player for no valid RP reason. This could be randomly shooting towards MB to draw the guards out and to counter them in the Italian Restaurant.

As I already have staffing experience and once again hold a high ranking position within the server I can aid other members of this community by ensuring all the rules are followed by all members and that the whole serious RP part is stuck to. I feel as the Wehrmacht currently has hardly any staff it is quite annoying for members such as myself to call staff and have no response for ages. As I am in the Wehrmacht and I am in game a lot I can assist with the Wehrmacht members calling sits and I might be there when it’s happening. Not only that but I would also be assisting the SS staff as sometimes they are flooded with sits during server chaos. As I would be a low ranking staff member I would also be expected to take these sites and I would ensure I do my staffing duties over RP if it is something serious. I would also have no bias to anyone on this server because if I can clearly see them breaking rules in evidence or from my own eyes they would either be Tier warned or verbally warned. I feel a lot of people on this server also know about me and I think I am a likeable member of this community so would therefore have no issue with any member of the community. Again I just want to be able to help this community once again through up holding these rules as best I can.

Oooo scary SMT have warned him. Dude I have played this server for 1 year. Not once have I heard someone say they have glitched out. And I fail to see the relevance of them talking OOC in VC. Also as an ex staff member I can vouch that jumping out of a moving vehicle going 30-40 is failRP. Better yet doing it in shackles is even more fail RP. +1 Should be unwarned. Considering the man in question tried to warn me for DTP and DTS for saying to him outside the PD "yo mams ugly" even though it was in character. The security staff member also stated that he was rusty with these rules.
