Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:
i would check logs to see if the person had shot other imperials and if they had no sufficent reason to shoot them then i would hand out a warn for rdm or ardm
2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:
i would ask a fleet to call an nco+ to cadet area to train the ST recruit
3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:
i would let shcok handle it as it is not an ooc reason but if they persist and it is clearly intentional and they have no reason i would put them in a sit and warn them for ardm
4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:
if i was SOD i would do nothing however if i was on my IC job i would tell them you must salute to anyone 2nd lt+
5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:
i would tell them that not every instance of failrp is written in the rules but it is common sense if it is failrp or not
6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):
I believe i deserve staff as i am an active member of the community and i consider myself quite reasonable and understanding in all situations. I also am a member of fleet and a former shock member so whilst they do punsihments in game i am familiar with giving punishments and can give them appropriately. I am also on late at night which is sometimes a problem as at night there tends to be less or no staff members on so when someone has a problem or needs something they cant get it helped. I also think having staff would help me improve myself on the server as a whole as it teaches you new lessons and helps further your knowledge of the server. I also keep myself to a high standard in game and that would transfer over to staff where i could get things done quickly and professionally without doing them too quick and unproperly also being a high rank helps with professionality as due to being fleet i must keep myself to a high standard. So overall i think i would be a good member of staff due to experience in shock and being in fleet.
I have also been in the server since the 2nd day it came out and have only taken 2 loa's where i choose to as my other i had to take an loa due to personal reasons, so by taking very few loa's without reason it shows that i am dedicated to the server and dont plan on leaving anytime soon.
