  1. In-game name(s): Hawkins Steam Name: Hawkins Steam ID: (https://steamidfinder.com/): STEAM_0:0:94688593 Age when applying: 18 What country do you reside in? What is your time-zone: England (GMT/BST) Can you speak and type English fluently: Yes. Current total game-time on the server (type !time): IC Rank(s) and OOC Donation Rank(s) on IRP: Sith Shade, JT SFC, Medic, Jedi Knight (Master Temp), Charlie Recruit, Platinum VIP. Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak: I do own a working microphone, when I communicate I speak primarily. When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I joined the server back in November 2021, I took a break shortly prior to the end of V1 and then returned partly within Tatooine RP and now I have returned. How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, IRP Discord and our forums: Between all three, I use them practically daily with a few exceptions. Every time I am on the server I am usually in Teamspeak. State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) Upload it to http://imgur.com/ or as a steam community screenshot and include the link). Your game time must be visible as well in the screenshot. (Type !time then open warns menu, and drag the menu so chat is visible with the time): No warns. https://gyazo.com/ead559f8096446a9d15bea4518eb8719 https://gyazo.com/62a71697985be19fd5a213c6d5f1bd6f State the role of staff on the server: Staff are there to ensure that people can roleplay effectively and that they can Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes List of all previous server staff experience: Icefuse Jedi v Sith (Trial) Moderator (years ago idk if I even finished the trial). Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: I would check logs to ensure that the claims are true or potentially true, perhaps it may be required to watch the individual for a while in cloak to see if they are continually killing other Imperials. As always if the Player who reported it has a clip of the incident I would ask them to send it to me so then I can see what happened, it could be a matter of crossfire or mistaken identity. If either of these methods provide sufficient reason to take action I would most likely warn the individual for RDM, if they are a repeat offender they might get a more severe punishment like a kick or ban (in compliance with training/rules). 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: If the map had the auto trainer and there was an absence of NCOs I would explain to them how to use the auto trainer and show them the boards with all of the information on it. If there were some NCOs I would notify Fleet or ask NCOs if they are free to train the cadet. If a NCO is free and there was no auto trainer I would inform the cadet that someone is on their way. If there is an NCO free and there is an auto trainer I would still explain the auto trainer, if the cadet is still unable to complete his training, I would then get a NCO to come to the cadet room to train him. 3 ) During a patrol, an Enlisted Trooper accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: In all roleplay situations accidents can happen, I would not see a need to warn or punish the Enlisted Trooper unless he began or attempted to RDM or Mass RDM. If a sit was made for that scenario I would tell the individual who got shot that it was most likely an accident, however, if it happened again to make another sit. 4 ) You are a Lieutenant or higher rank, an Enlisted Trooper doesn't salute you: This is an in-character issue and there is nothing that staff can do in relation to this, I would not take any action as a staff member. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: Just becomes every situation is not explicitly stated within the server rules, does not mean that the situation is not FailRP. I would explain to the individual how what they did was FailRP and dependant on their prior history, possibly warn them. If I was unsure on the specific situation, I would ask another staff member about the situation and get their opinion on it, but it's best to explain why it's FailRP so that the individual doesn't do it again. I would also explain how just because it isn't in the rules, doesn't make it not FailRP. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would tell them that if they are unhappy with the punishment that they are free to appeal the punishment on the forums, I would link the forums for them so that they can find it easier. However I would inform them that continuing to argue with staff in-game would not help them. Also attempting to explain why they have been punished in a different way, may allow the individual to think about it from another perspective. However, if they continue after and are disrespectful it may constitute further punishment dependant on the phrasing. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): Over my time within the server, I have gained a lot of experience in a variety of in character fields, I wish to expand to more of the out of character fields while still having a lot of fun. Since the relaunch I have been maintaining a high level of activity and plan to continue this for the foreseeable future, due to my extended time on the server and playing most in character roles, it allows me to consider most sides of situations that occur. In addition to my activity within the server itself, this extends to Teamspeak and somewhat Discord, I check all pings that I get and respond to them if it's appropriate. Another thing is, following my time in Shock and other such regiments here and on other servers, there is definitely a line between being too harsh and too light on enforcing the respective rules, I think that I will be fair with any action that I take if I am offered the chance to join the staff team. Besides activity and my in-character positions, I do believe that I am quite a friendly individual who can have a joke around when appropriate, which I think makes me approachable if anyone has any issues or just want to chat. Furthermore, I believe I am quite respectful towards all individuals regardless of the situation, even if I disagree with the individual I try to remain respectful and polite when interacting with them. While I do not have a lot of staff experience, I have used ULX before and a few of the staff addons that are used on the server. I've helped out with a few documents but besides that most of my work has been within regiments/in-character. My ultimate aim is to learn more about the out of character situations and also do something different for a change. I hope to hear from you
