    Reading the reason for your ban is bad enough, as it was explained by Hazard in your first unban application. However the fact that you are writting this after a month since your first unban being rejected does tell me, that you are acually commited to getting back.

    I checked you on discord and you do have a decent amount of CC loggings and you aren't blacklisted from 212th (somehow), so the quality is there.

    That still doesn't excuse the fact that you joined a discord server or created it, with the intetions of reaching high ranks and abusing them with other people.

    That is a fair point. He has actually took the time to work on what he did and think about his actions I believe he has understood what he has done wrong and is going to improve on them greatly

    +1 what you did was messed up but I believe everyone should have second chances depending on the circumstances so, if you do get unbanned. Report anyone that you think is trying to make you or is already doing that since it can cause a lot of drama, anyways good luck

    What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum) Since I have played for a long time and have familiarised myself with all of the rules of the server and what it can offer, I love leading and helping individuals, I can also be strict if necessary. I am willing to start taking things more seriously and to be extremely serious regardless of whether or not I am selected for the battalion. I am currently a medic, so I'm not currently on the frontlines but I am providing assistance with healing as well as passing along information whenever possible. My tendency to be too short-tempered sometimes presents a problem, but I have learned to calm myself down and cope with this; it no longer exists. During my time on this server, I can show resourcefulness and willingness to help. I am an exceptionally great listener and will take all of your feedback to heart. They will give me advice on what to improve on, and what I am already good at, and will help me make appropriate choices in the future. Good or bad advice will give me valuable insight into the time that I am playing on this forum, but I am aware that I can talk too much sometimes, but if you get to know me, you'll understand that I don't mean it on purpose. However, I will need to be told once to stop talking. It has been a revelation to see how much better I have become at serving people and being dedicated to the server.

     

    Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) A Battalion's role is to ensure safety, survival, and ensuring the most effective strategies to counteract an attack They act as leaders, telling other regiments what to do and where to go they grant and deny authority over the GAR they help their regiments as much as they can to make the best decisions possible but this isn't the only thing they do. As well as maintaining respect for their fellow soldiers, they supervise over regiments, being professional at all times and giving feedback to the admirals and hierarchy of the regiments. They host training sessions within the regiments that they are supervising or they can hold open simulations to test the battle capability of the soldiers and offer advice to clones who need it.

     

    Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: (If so, explain why) I don't think I have been striked inside of a regiment before.

     

    Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes, I fully understand the roles and responsibilities of the Battalion.

     

    What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading: (IN DETAIL) While the Battalion isn’t leading all of the clones to victory from the backline, they may be aiding their regiment with anything they can, they may also be helping the GAR at the mid- or front-lines by aiding them by giving them their help using their arsenal and knowledge, which are extremely useful in battle; [if they are directing the 41st, they should not be going into battle from the front line.] The battalion in charge will turn the tide of winning and losing by eliminating all potential threats and ensuring they do not start a rebellion by going to vantage points to scout out the best possible strategy and relaying this information to the Battalion in charge.

     

    What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session: The Battalion Officer Cadet has to lead a planetary with voice amp, complete a debrief to a good enough standard and have an open simulation for clones to join and make their combat skills to the peak of its condition.

    Event Plan:

    Create an event plan, this is what we will use for your first training event. Make it easy to understand and original(Use the Template): Jawa's try to take over the republican base, proving that they are a formidable force they take over multiple places being the GR, BB, AO's, BHB, TR's and the training rooms this makes for a good fight but after all of the fighting the Jawa's lose and either surrender or die fighting the clones.

    Snipers: sniper, rifle, 1500HP 2 players, Heavy's: 2000HP rifle, miniguns 4 players, shotgunner: 1600HP Shotgun, rifle 2 players.

    Passive, HP, Amount:

    Republic's Execution: The clones hear sudden loud sounds that disrupt the base after seeing tanks at the MG demanding to talk to the higherups [battalion or admirals]
    (e.g. "- Fleet inform all troops that an unknown ship has entered orbit.")

    Event Character Execution: All members of the Jawa crew will be marching from behind the mountains and will stand at the main gate until one of the parties start to fire at one another
    (e.g. "- All Bounty Hunters are dropped off at the caves, they will stay there until further notice")

    Story:

    Event Information: Jawa's are fed up of the republicans creating such a ruckus so they ask them if they can stop and leave the area, sadly the republicans say no and the Jawa's are not going to take no for an answer. They open fire and push all of the republicans back they lose the MC and start to push in towards the GR, successfully taking over but, get defeated after a long and painful battle retreating towards the Training rooms and successfully pushing the clones back a notch but the clones strive through and take what is respectfully their's. The jawa's last resort is to flank the clone's by going into the AO and BHB hide, they have ray shields and tanks which help them tremendously destroying there competitors. When they are tired out they start to dwindle in numbers and retreat or surrender. Any left are taken care of by the rest of the republican regiments in any way they see fit.

If so, what are they?: Yes I do understand the responsibilities of event planner and part of this is, not taking tickets when a staff is online since staff take priorities over tickets [you can only ever take tickets when there is not any staff members online], making events fun for both sides [Clones and Event Characters]. Trying to not miss events you have responsibilities for otherwise it can ruin the schedule for other Event planners.

    1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would
    ask them what the name of the player is then would check logs to see if this is true

     

    2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:I would try to find a clone
    that is the rank CPL-SGTM to train them

     

    3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would
    verbally warn them and tell them next time to be careful

     

    4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I would remind them in
    a polite mannor that they need to salute me because I am a higher rank than 2nd LT

     

    5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not
    explicitally stated within the server rules: FailRP does not just account to the server rules

    staff member (250+ words): Hi my name is Harrold i've been playing the server since 2020 i enjoy playing the server i enjoy the community the aspire to help were i can to ensure the server is alive for new wonderful people to join and have similar experiences i am aware of a previous warning on my account for no clip abuse this i own up to and it happened how ever this was when i was younger and i have grown as a person and can ensure this will not happen again my secondary reason for joining the staff team is to help plays settle disputes and take the actions required accordingly i have extensively looked over server rules and sub role rules such as pirate and cartel as an ex CG dealing with minges i understand that as a concept they only aspire to see how much trouble they can get into and to see the reactions off staff and players so i understand by simply just explaining to them why they are receiving a certain punishment and enacting punishment is the best way of dealing with them obviously if they don't understand i will repeat clearer or perhaps in chat so they understand whilst not giving them any reaction to their actions thirdly i would like to add upon my previous statement on the rules of VIP jobs such as pirate i understand that without these roles the server becomes rather boring  while waiting between events so by myself doing these jobs i can add to the RP I play everyday and I enjoy everything about the server, I will help people out whenever I can. I have the passion and drive to play a lot and I have a lot of patience when getting annoyed I can play for a some-what long period of time 3+ hours nearly everyday and I can. I know how hard being a staff is and I will be as helpful as possible, I believe I can be a great staff member and show people how good staff members can be and what the server can offer newer players, I would be a very respectful person and will not tolerate people being rude and disgusting to players. I think allowing people the best experience of the server will be on my top priorities and ensuring that people will have a great time on the server will be the top. I am very unbiased and will do the right punishment, if I dislike someone I will not give them a longer punishment than someone else. I am very dedicated to the server and would be happy to have a rank that can bring respect. I have matured over the years and have learned when and when not something should be done and I want to give everyone the best time on the server at all times and as long as possible.
