(250 word minimum): I often find myself playing during both peak and off-peak hours of the server, and often times I've witnessed a lack of staff, or at least presence during some rather eventful moments, mainly off-peak. I'd be able to hop on during my spare time and help out in times where sits begin stacking or situations may be getting too out of hand. On top of this, I believe that my previous experience moderating on the Dark RP server is of great value to me as I'd gone through countless sits and have found myself to be quite comfortable in handling scenarios that may involve multiple people who just can't seem to come to an agreement. At the end of the day, I've found that if each party is given the chance to make their argument and feel listened to from the start before taking appropriate action, it can go a long way in showing the perspective that most players want from their staff team, people who truly care about the health of the server. With several years of experience on my belt regarding moderation, I have the ability to moderate, manage, and prioritize several tasks at once to ensure quality with peoples experiences with me as a Moderator and as a normal player. One of my main benefits is that I have been told that I am able to get along with a team really well while I am working which I believe is a good trait to have in a team. And finally, I believe my decent rule knowledge would come into use I understand that most if not all staff require this but since the warning I have kept my head high and read the rules and even when it needs to be read them while I play to just keep an eye out to make sure I am not doing something which is prohibited in the rules. As I am extremely active in the community I am sure that I can grant support throughout the week and ensure that RP is maintained later at night as on weekends I am awake quite late and I have noticed there is a lack of staff later at night and I believe that I can help with that on weekends.. I have extensive knowledge of the rules and am sure that I can take sits responsibly and efficiently. I am sure that I can be active enough to complete my weekly requirements whilst still partaking in RP. I been promoted from Trial Mod, Mod, Admin and then Senior Admin on there and I love their community a lot but I have decided to not be admin on their anymore and I have left their server because I feel like I will fit on this server as Admin better since I'm quite the fan of SCP-RP servers and have been on every American and British server for SCP-RP and I like them all.
