  1. I would like to ask where you got this information because in the CSB template section we are advised to go and read the rights each employee recieves which we can further go into a hyperlink named quote 'SCP Foundation Legal Codex' - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1x9IKlRj_Q3nU8Bhjya9YE2OcxUT-NIVBuICtfnX2h58/edit#gid=2058339773 (I don't know if we are able to send links if not ask quick so I can quickly edit this out) Which then we can see Punishment guidelines on the first page tell us Rule 1, 1.1, 1.2 which states the longest amount of time we can keep an individual arrested / jailed for is 20 Minutes max which then punishment / execution can be held. Quote the rules specified above : 1. The prosecution should not be longer than 20 minutes. The prosecution starts at the moment of detainment and ends at the moment of release. 1.1 If the punishment exceeds 15 minutes of jailtime , no matter what charges were pressed, the suspect should face immediate demotion or termination, using the crimes he has committed as a factor for his punishment. 1.2 If due to various circumstances the detainee was held without being punished for a long period of time and proper punishment can not be enforced due to the 20 minute limit of the prosecution time. The detainee should server his sentence until the 20 minutes of prosecution has passed and then be released. Section 1.1 applies in this sense. By any chance was there an updated Legal codex / hand booklet that I was not informed about during the creation of the application or have I wandered somewhere randomly.
  2. Oh welp thats a shame since the ranking rights presents A-1 as just a CL4 without CL5 orders with the main rights / permisions being quote ." -Power to arrest any Foundation Personnel if ordered to by O5 -Power to terminate any Foundation Personnel if ordered to by O5" -SCP Foundation power rights document Since the situation didn't declare that a CL5 job was present I didn't really declare it to be in that sort of situation. Alright thank you for the notice.
  3. Can you explain what i did wrong in answer 5 so next time if I apply for CSB i can correct myself
  4. When I was talking about that I was referencing to the fact that although A-1 has Clearance of level 4,I am still able to arrest anyone that is below Level 5 and also who is a non-administrative job. And the part about the 15 minutes was me thinking of the worst crime an A-1 could do so I was rambling on about heavier punishments.
  5. (I don't know if im able to do +1/-1 etc but what the hell) Nice descriptive answers, has large amount of playtime Ive seen him play on the server for most of the time ive been online overall judgement = +1
  6. OOC SECTION: Main Roleplay Name: Hex Igrets Forum Name: Hex- SteamID: STEAM_0:1:530744229 Total warns: 2= ARDM (1 or 2 Years ago) and RDM (This year) Playtime: 4 Days and 1 Hour In-Game Level: Max (50) Are you fluent with the rules of the server?: Yes IC SECTION: 1) What is the role of the Central Security Bureau in the Site? The Central Security Bureau is the police force of the SCP Foundation to both enforce laws and rights as well as to protect the SCP Foundation from internal danger which includes possible spies or hazardous individuals that are acting outside the behavioral norm that is entrusted with a member. Another role of the CSB is to pass data / information to high clearance members of the SCP Foundation which makes them the eyes and ears to the internal side of the Foundation. 2) Define the Foundation Legal Codex The Legal Codex is a booklet consisting of the Laws and Rights each SCP Foundation member has so they can live and work in a fair condition while being entrusted to keep a certain morality consisting of integrity. These rules are meant to both protect the SCP and the Individuals in question as to not cause chaos and possibly the destruction of the Foundation. 3) Explain how to utilise the Foundation Legal Codex as a CSB member. A CSB member should use the Legal Codex as a rule booklet / law booklet and spectate the foundation / possibly spy on individuals to make a decision whether the individual in question has broken the Legal Codex and requires a punishment to deal with the situation. 4) What is the Foundation Employee Rights Act? The Employee Rights Act is the modified Human Rights Act of 1948 which corresponds to the ideals of the Foundation due to the anomalous activity the rules need to be tweaked a bit. As such the Employee Rights Act supply the everyday foundation member with certain rights that are given to ensure a fair life and to not degrade someone to misery and torture which also includes fair wages as well as to have a free mindset with free speech. 5) An Alpha-1 is suspected of behavior massively in violation of the Codex. What do you do? The individual in question is "suspected" of misconduct of the Codex so instead of taking action first I would spectate / spy on the Alpha-1 member to find any evidence / ask the individual that started the report (If there was) to incriminate the individual. If the Alpha-1 member is found guilty of misconduct I have the right to arrest due to my superiority when it comes to clearance permissions which then I would jail an individual for a certain amount of time 15 mins as well as call a Job manager to deal the rest of the punishment E.G Demotion 6) Explain, in your own words, an ideal investigation into a whitelisted job member if they have broken the Codex. (Isn't this similar to Q5?) Firstly off, for an investigation to start I would like to recieve the report by the individual who reported them (with evidence of course). If there is not enough evidence to incriminate but yet enough to have suspicion I would Spy / Spectate on the whitelisted job member for any further behavioral issues / Rules broken of the codex (Stealth fully enough to not cause too much attention on me). If there is any clear signs and evidence to prove that the whitelisted job member is acting out of the ordinary depending on the rank and role I will ask for permision to arrest (Since I am not able to arrest any administrator roles) by an 05 anybody else I am able to arrest E.G Alpha-1. After this depending on the level and seriousness of the crime / rule broken I will arrest and call a job manager to assert another punishment again if the crime in question is large enough for something like a demotion / to d class. (Sorry forgot to add onto this section a bit more about the jailing part) The second I make the arrest is the second the punishment begins meaning the timer starts the second I place someone in cuffs. However If i can't get into contact with an administrative clearance / job after 20 minutes without any punishment the individual basically finishes his punishment. However if the punishment is within 15-20 min range and I do have the certain individuals to continue punishment , demotions / executions(if needed) can be held.
