-1 its not like an admin was called the second you started breaking out, you were most likely pleaded with by other players to stop failrping before they had to call staff.
It's also clearly stated in the rules that should have been read, you might be new here but I would doubt that its your first week on Gmod, you need to thoroughly read the rules on ANY server from darkrp to TTT. I personally do not believe ignorance is an excuse.
Also, don't be an ass to anyone regardless of whether or not they are staff, it's a game that we are all trying to enjoy our time on. And of all the staff you could have insulted you picked probably the nicest staff on the server (bias).

I'm terribly sorry for my foolishness, I do not know why this fact kept hidden from my knowledge. Maybe this should be specified in the rules so other good hearted players will avoid thinking the same as I do!

He has a lot of staffing experience and from speaking to him, he is what the server needs at the moment. In terms of the staff team I feel he can be a new motivated staff member and can handle a lot of situations. Very calm and collected would love to see him in the staff team. Also he has no warnings. Not many people can say that.
+1 I believe this player is quite passionate in helping the server out, that's why I +1'ed it, but the application it self is not so good, mostly spelling and sentences that don't really make sense also the fact that he only has 1w+ on the server which i was in his position and was told to get to know the community more and spend more time on the server, but i personally probably seen him once or twice on the server nothing much for me to see other than that good luck my man!

Soon Germany shall use Blietzkrieg on France, Churchill becomes prime minister; and the evacuation of Dunkirk happens, 338,000 British and french troops waiting rescue. After this, the Battle of Britain where the Germans began by attacking coastal targets and British shipping operating in the English Channel. Attacks moved inland, concentrating on airfields and communications centres.

Have you read the punishment list ( Punishment List v3.0 ) and are familiar with it? I have read it but do not know everything by heart.
Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: Check the logs to confirm. Check also the warnings of the two players. Then tp the player who reported it and the player who maybe did the RDM to a place where we arent disturbed and ask for some time of proof to confirm the RDM. If there is proof then I would punish him appropriately.
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: I would explain to the player of the many jobs that the server has to become a Reich Official. He has Wehrmacht or OrPo and if he has Plat VIP he could apply for SS or Luftwaffe. Finally I would go over the NSDAP and all of the departments and tell them how they are more about passive RP .
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: I would tp us to a place were we are not disturbed and I would explain to him that he is doing something agaisnt the rules and to act according to a RP server . If he is a new player obviously I would try and help him, but if he is a old player I would not go soft due to him knowing the rules and know of to play.
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: I would talk to him about it and know his poit of view if he has any. Check his warns and depending on the situation I would warn him and/or inform a member of the regiment in case to take the matters in RP .
5) A player is prop spamming: I would tp the player to safe place and speak with him. Check his warns and depending if he is new or not I would ban him.

1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments: A Tier I warning is given to new players on the server and doesnt know the rules.
Tier II normally people are conciouss of what they are doing/ruin other people's RP. The player alreay have warns recently and knows what he is doing. In this case depending on how serious it his I would ban him perm or some days.
2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming:
IC is what your character does and believes, its working on your job.
OOC- is doing things out of character, doing and saying things about for ex, in real life.
Meta Gaming is having an in-game character act on knowledge that the player has access to but the character should not. For ex: You know that player is Gestapo by knowing his voice and Steam profile so you would try and arrest him to get is radio etc.
3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP: Serious RP is when the player isnt breaking character during the while he is playing. What he does abd believes.
Semi-serious RP is when you are talking to a friend about OOC things like events and raids you did.
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode:
PassiveRp is when you are basically talking to people, getting to know them, like being a business owner and making food and selling it.
5) Define the term of Combat Baiting:
Combat Baiting is say when a player tries to force RP with OrPo or another reg. Trying to have a shooting etc.

I love playing on this server, I feel that the server needs more capable people since sometimes I see that staff is occupied and cant attended every ticket. I am trustworthy, hate minge ,strict and also kind. I want to help the server grow obviously and im here to help in anything I can. Due to my time I am most of the time available at peak hours. I am a quick learner and very dedicated to what I like to do.
I believe that there are more capable than me of course but as I said I wish to help.
