Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak?: Yes i have 2 mics, one on headphone and another one is a bit more expensive. I communicate by typing and speaking, it depends on if im sick or can talk at the moment.

When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since?: I joined on 2020-2021 start or before and i had long break like 3-5months and i started playing again.

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server and our forums?: I dont use it much, i do have it and joined it but havent used it since no need yet.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: I would Teleport there and freeze the killer and make a sit and listen what the victims have to say.

2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: I would help them but in OOC of course. 

3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: Im making a sit and freezing the clowns and warning or kicking etc. if must.

4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: Demote absolutely.

5) A player is prop spamming: Im banning him immediatly.

Answer the following questions in detail:

1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments: Tier 1 rule-breaking is basically mic spamming, and spamming in general. It will be a warn. Tier 2 rule-breaking is basically the same but the player is repeatedly breaking the rule and it will be a ban for 1day or more.

2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming: IC is in character and it means that you are in Nazi-Germany in Berlin not in Disneyland 2022. Meaning that you cannot speak about modern things because its not realistic in any kind. OOC is out of character and it means that you are speaking not in your gaming role in Nazi-Germany. Meaning that you can speak about modern stuff only in chat or in train station. Metagaming can mean that player could use real-life or OOC knowledge in character.

3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP: Serious RP is strictly roleplaying, no playing around, only roleplaying. IF you play around breaking rules or being total idiot and not willing to roleplay with others, you will get banned. Semi-Serious RP is basically the same but with less strict rules.

4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode: PassiveRP is roleplay that doesn't have war, battles, guns etc. Only normal "civilian" or peaceful roleplaying. 

5) Define the term of Combat Baiting: Combat Baiting is lurking someone by angering or harrasing other roleplayers by trying to get them in combat (fighting).

Explain what you will bring to the staff team & your strongest points as a person/potential staff member (200+ words): I speak english, finnish, bit of swedish and german. I also help players to learn the rules often (mostly new players.) I also can detect bad stuff in rp names, jobs, words, speaking etc. (if they are in finnish or english etc.) I also can be comprehensive to give the rules to others in many ways. Im pretty active on good days and might be online for 10hours or more, so players will know that theyre under eye of a staff. And that means that i get to play more and other staff members can leave it on me if im online so the game is secured from cheaters and rule-breakers at the moment im online. So basically im new in this game since i don't have like 3000hours on this game but i will be very active as soon when possible. Training creates a master i guess. I can be strict sometimes if a rule-breaker angers me by not listening or other ( i don't go nuts i mean i can be more strict) Im also pretty familiar with GMOD tools but never had a admin tool that freezes people or anything like that. Im also active in discord that im almost anytime easy to reach, even the players and other staff members.
