Since they were introduced Fake IDs have been very popular things for people to use. Especially Resistance Members use Fake IDs to get inside the PD. But Fake IDs have been overused by several people as Guards, Citizens, Gun Dealers etc.

State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff on the server is to ensure that roleplay is undisturbed by those who seek to interrupt it or generally minge around; they’re also expected to upkeep the high standards expected of roleplay by enforcing rules. Staff are there to assist players with questions about certain aspects of the server. They’re also there to generally ensure that players have a good experience while playing the server, which will make it more likely for the player to keep returning.
Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+): The server focuses on Berlin and develops as Germany invades other nations. As war rages on, Berlin is affected by air raids, partisans and criminal organisations with different goals. The server is set in the 1940s, which was the time when Nazi Germany reached its peak strength. In the 1940s, they had already accomplished conquering Poland with the help of the Soviet Union, as well as capitulating France in under a month. Towards the end of 1943, there was an increased strain on Berlin as bombings intensified and disruption was caused by Partisan groups and allied forces.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: Firstly, I would teleport to the reporter and check they’re not in any RP; if they aren’t, I will bring them to an OOC area such as the top of Reichstag. I would also bring the accused player to the sit. I would ask the reporter to provide their side of the story and any evidence (video, photo, etc.). I would then get the reported player’s side of the story. At this point, I would also check the logs to ensure they align with either of their stories. If it’s found that it was not RDM, I will return both players to their original positions to continue RP, I would also tell the initial reporter that it’s against the rules to waste staff's time (only if it’s obvious that it wasn’t RDM). If it’s clear they have committed RDM, I will check their warns and issue the appropriate punishment.
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: First, I’d ask the player what sort of thing they’re interested in joining. If they say they want a more RP-focused experience, I’d tell them about the NSDAP or offices such as HV in the Wehrmacht or any other RP-based office which can be applied for. If they want a more combat-focused experience, I will push them in the direction of the SA, Wehrmacht or the SS. I would also give them the directions to the correct section of the F4 menu to become an Anwarter/Applicant.
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: Firstly, I’d pull the player out of the situation and explain to them that it’s a Serious RP server and they should be RP’ing when outside of OOC areas. If they refuse to listen and continue to mess around, I will issue a punishment for NITRP.
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: Firstly, I’d tell the person in question that they need to RP seriously, and if they don’t, they’ll risk losing their IC Rank and could risk an OOC punishment. If they continue to mess around, a NITRP warning may be necessary.
5) A player is prop spamming: I would first kick the prop spamming player to stop any further spam, then issue a permanent ban. I would also check that all their props got removed, if not, I’d delete them.
Answer the following questions in detail:
1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments:
A Tier I rule-break is usually unintentional or a misunderstanding of the rule, or if it’s a player who’s new to the server (not in all cases), Tier I warnings usually come with a lesser punishment than a Tier II.
A Tier II rule break is when a rule is broken intentionally, has already been punished for it in the past or if the offender is a veteran player (new players can still get a Tier II). Tier II punishments are usually harsher than Tier I punishments.
2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming:
In-Character (IC) is when something happens in RP or an RP area. Examples of In-Character situations could be buying something from a business owner or interacting with other Reich Officials, or any other situation where you’re immersed in your character.
Out-of-character (OOC) is when something happens outside of an RP area, such as spawn, players cannot use information gained in an area such as spawn or non-OOC discord channels in RP. Examples of OOC situations are:
Sits.
Discussions in discord (unless it’s an IC-specified channel).
Speaking in an OOC area such as spawn.
Metagaming is when you use information gained through OOC means for In-Character situations. An example is speaking in an OOC group chat and then using info from the chat for an In-Character purpose.
3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP:
Serious RP is when you’re expected to be in character at all times. In Serious RP, players should be RP’ing to their fullest extent and stay within the historical context of the server.
Semi-Serious RP is when the RP is not to its fullest extent of immersion, there is a mix of In-Character and OOC. A player is expected to act in RP mostly but can break the RP up a bit.
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode:
Passive RP is a form of RP that excludes things such as combat. The role of passive RP in a serious RP game mode is to further character development and helps players feel immersed.
5) Define the term of Combat Baiting:
Combat baiting is when a player purposely attempts to initiate combat with criminals / Reich groups by throwing bottles, openly claiming their resistance or starting shooting for no reason.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team & your strongest points as a person/potential staff member (200+ words: Although I may lack the experience that staff are expected to have, I’m not short of professionalism, and I would be a great asset to the staff team. Over the last couple of years that I have been a part of this community, I have enjoyed every moment of it and want to make sure other people have the same experience as me. Throughout my time on the server, I have held numerous positions such as Inspektor d. OrPo, Vorsitzender d. Gaugerichts and, more recently, Deputy Gauleiter; these positions genuinely show that I am competent enough to hold a place with such responsibilities as staff. I am also highly active on the server and Teamspeak, so I’m widely available if any situation calls for Staff Intervention.
I’ve been on WW2 for almost two years and have become somewhat well-known to the WW2 community. I’m very trustworthy and approachable and always willing to help out when I can, and when I’m not, I’m always looking to help new players, whether picking a Reich job or giving them general info when they ask for it. If I were to become staff, I would make it my duty to guarantee everyone has an enjoyable experience. When new players come along, I will also ensure their first impression of the server is good, which will hopefully guarantee they will make a return in the following days.
One of the issues with my ability to hold a staff position is that I don’t use a microphone. It has never caused me any issues in the past ICly or OOCly, so if I were staff, I doubt it would hinder me. I believe that holding a position such as Deputy Gauleiter shows that I can act without it.

Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: I was in my car and 3 guys start punching it making me stuck, I get out of the car and they try to steal it but I returned it before that.
They start all punching me for some reason and I'm forced to shoot one of them. As soon as I shoot one of them an admin comes and bans us all.
