When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since?: I joined the server around 7 years ago when the server was still in beta phase and the werwolf community wasn't well known as it is now. I took some breaks here and there can't recall how many, but the last break I had was this year from August until the beginning of November as during that time I was looking for a job, now thankfully I have a job and I have time again to play on the server.

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server and our forums?: I'll be honest I haven't used teamspeak 3 because for some reason the last ts3 update isn't supported on my pc, somehow?? But as I'm getting a new pc in the beginning of the next mouth (around day 3 of December) I'll be able to use TS3 again. The forums I do use them but I don't respond to any posts I join the forums, see whats going on and that's it.

State the role of staff on the server: The role of a staff member on any server is to make sure that people that are not willing to RP don't disturb the RP of others and get punished for doing so, is to make sure the rules are followed, is to make sure that players that need help in anyway, (example needing information), have the questions answered, and get the help they need.

Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+):  The server is set in 1943 In Berlin during WW2. Germany was fighting many fronts during that time, on the east the Germans had pushed a lot until they reached Stalingrad but the Russians proved the Germans wrong and started to push slowly the Germans back as the Germans were also not prepared to fight in snow with the cold temperatures and the lack of supplies. Also while that was happening in Africa the Germans were also losing the north of Africa. And also to make it even worst the British kept bombing Berlin and soon the Germans would see a dark future.

Have you read the server rules and are familiar with them? Yes I have read the server rules and I am very familiar with them.

Have you read the punishment list ( Punishment List v3.0 ) and are familiar with it? Yes I have read the punishment list and I am very faimiliar with it.

Former Staff Questions (Leave these blank if you have not been staff on our server before):

1) For how long were you a staff member on WW2-NRP/ORP? Well I've been staff a lot of times on this server so it's hard for me to remember exactly for how long, but I believe the last time I've been staff I was staff for around 5 months? I could be wrong as like I said I can't remember.

2) What rank did you reach before leaving the staff team? Admin

3) Were you demoted or did you resign? Why? Well I did resign because I had to take care of stuff IRL as I said earlier I was looking for a job (I used to be on another job but that company closed), and because of this virus it made it worst to find work at least in my country. But now I have a job as I said earlier and now I have time to play again.

4) In hindsight, what would you have done differently as a staff member? I wouldn't do anything different the things I've did before as a staff I will do it again that is being professional and do the job of a staff member such as taking sits, answering questions and so on.

5) How have you improved since you left the staff team? I mean I believe I improved a lot the only problem I really had was my english and I believe my english has improved significantly compared to the other times I've been staff.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: I would bring the person that made the staff call to the roof and ask him who was random killing, while he was explaining me that I would check the logs to see who recently has been killing a lot of people and then (this what I'm going to say is for all answers just so I don't have to repeat it) I would bring that person that is randomly killing people to a roof or any other place that is impossible to reach in any RP situation, so if he is actually randomly killing for my safety and to make sure he wouldn't run away or try to kill me (even tho I would be in god mode) or kill the person that made the staff call I would jail him. After that I would ask the minger (when you start killing random people you are considered a minger) why was he random killing people for no reason, after hearing what he has to say, I would work from there, if he was a new player I would give him the link for the server rules, and then I would warn him for [Warn] RDM x(depending how many he killed) [Tier 1], and give him the proper ban. Now with the new staff system it also depends if he broke the same rule before, for example if he broke once (since the new rule sistem was implemented) the rule of RDM and he was being warned for RDM again I would give the proper warn + 25% from that warn, hard to explain (only for tier 2 of course), to resume if for example is a warn of 2 days and is his second warn for the same thing he would get 2 days + that 25% = 2 days and 12 hours. If it was not a new player I would warn him for [WARN] RDM x (how many he killed) [Tier 2] and possibly a NITRP [Tier 1], reason for Tier 1 is because everyone deserves second chances, as everyone knows Tier 2 are more harch so he would get a bigger ban compared to Tier 1.

2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: As that is a simple and quick question in this case I don't think I would need to bring him to a roof so I would tell him that there are companys that he can join like ORPO and Company Bruno for User ranks and 1.ss, NSDAP, Caeser for VIP+ also I would tell him that FG exists but he would need to get to NCO first, I would tell him that to join the Military he had to be a Heer Anwarter and to be a Orpo he would need to be a Orpo anwarter (forgot the name) also I could join secondary jobs for example Fepo.

3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: I would bring him to a roof that he is playing on a serious RP server and his RP as to be as serious as possible, then I would tell him that he can get punished if he doesn't rp properly after explaining him that if he was a new player I would give him a chance and let him go with a verbal warning (of course if he continued I would bring him again and give him a Tier 2 warning for NITRP (Not willing to RP) and it just wants to mess around, if it's a veteral players he should know by now that he is not allowed to mess around so I would give him the link for the rules and warn with NITRP [Tier 2] same as before it increases the ban depending if he had the same warning before.

4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: I would bring that person to the roof and ask why he is not willing to RP properly even when acquiring a rank and depending the situation I would issue a warning if he is just here to minge and is not willing to RP at all I would give a NITRP [Tier 2] warning and the proper ban

5) A player is prop spamming: This case prop spammers don't get sits if I saw someone prop spamming I would immediatly kick him, and then I would go to the logs get his steam Id give him a warn for prop spam and then perma ban him as a trial mod I can't perma ban so I would give him the 1 week ban and on the message of the ban I would say [Please extend to perma] and then I would remove disconnected props.

Answer the following questions in detail:

1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments: Simple as this Tier 1 warnings are given to people who are new to the server or broke a rule that he didn't know or it wasn't on purpose the tier 1 warning can go between a 5 day ban to just a kick (unless it's a nitrp tier 1 warn) a Tier 2 warning is given to people that know the rules or broke the rule or keeps breaking every single rule on purpose and it can go between a 1 day ban to a perma ban

2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming: IC aka In Character is everything you do in Roleplay for example when you are doing something IC you are not allowed to speak about anything that happened after 1943 example eurovision 2010. OOC aka Out of Character is that anything you say cannot and won't affect your or any IC situation meaning that you can talk about anything that happened before or after 1943

Metagaming is when someone uses OOC information for their advantage for IC purpose.

3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP:  There's a small difference between Serious RP and Semi-serious RP, Serious RP is that you have to take the RP as serious as possible as it was real life you have to work to get promoted etc. Semi-Serious RP is recommended for people that never played RP before and has less limitations compared to Serious RP, for example the jobs that the server offer you can be any of them without you having to get promoted.

4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode: Passive RP is really important in any RP server because if the servers doesn't have passive RP it would be more of a combat RP server and pretty sure not everyone likes that.

5) Define the term of Combat Baiting: Combat baiting is easier to explain with an example, imagine that you are an orpo member guarding the main door and you see someone on the reichtag corner keep pulling and hiding his knife that is combat baiting because he is trying to you to go after him and to have a gun fight against him.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team & your strongest points as a person/potential staff member (200+ words): Well I think I deserve to be a staff because I do have a lot of past experience being a staff in any server, I also have been an old member of this community, I've been following this community grow for the past 7 years and I will always follow this community that recived me with open arms until one day (let's hope not) it closes. I've been staff on this server for the past 7 years so I know very well the rules and how it works. When I'm a staff member I am as professional as I can be of course sometimes when I'm being a staff duty I mess around (without disturbing roleplay) with my friends that I've made in this server, I like to make then laugh with keeps the server healthy in someway. One advantage I have is that even if I'm working I can spend a lot of time on the server not as many as I could before because as I said multiple time I work but I can spend more time from 6 pm until 2 am, it's the time where most of the staff members have to leave due to school or work, and during that time is when the mingers appear so I can keep the server clean during that time for the people that are roleplaying at that time. I'm also a person that when I have a question regarding anything I have no problem calling for a second opinion in this case (if online) I would call my mentor for help. Everyone has questions and it doesn't hurt having a second opinion, as it's better to have a second opinion to deciding alone and make a mistake. To finish off I know it's hard for me to have a chance to be a staff (Again) on the server as I've been kinda inactive compared to before and I've been staff multiple times which may not please most of the other staff member which I understand the reason, but I want to help the staff team to make sure the server stays as clean and not toxic as possible. I can promisse all of you that I will work 200% if I become staff.
