Why do you think you'll be a good fit for the Head of Manufacturing?: One of my favourite things to do in this game is make awesome bases and chill whilst chatting to people, making ammo and helping to keep the site secure that way. I have lots of experience in this game() and I would like to take manufacturing to the next level. I would tell the other manufacturing personnel to specialize in making a certain product such as ammo, mods so that we always have a we variety of stock to provide to the armed units.

My idea is to remove the IT technician as it is never played and make it so O5, SD, HoEA and possibly SA can spawn in the computers as it should help to improve RP and give them something to do when there is nothing going on.
