If yes and the person did not know the rule I would give him a Tier I warning, if it was on purpose I would give him a 1 day ban. If he has no evidence I would check the logs. If the person was killing people randomly I would proceed as explained. If there is no evidence and the in the logs is nothing written about this occasion, I would return both players to their former position.2 ) You are asked by a player about how to join a faction:I would just explain him how to join a faction3 ) You catch somebody not performing RP and messing around:I would bring him to me and freeze him to not run away or mess around more, as it's not further explained what is meant with messing around I would give him a warning for failRP4 ) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly:As this is an incharacter situation I would just report it to his higher ups 5 ) A player is prop spamming:I would bring him in a sit and freeze him to not spawn any more props, than I would ask him why he is prop spamming and ask him to remove them. If he keeps on prop spamming I would ban him according to the NRP punishment list6 ) Somebody does not agree with the outcome of an RP situation therefore he decides to break RP and act OOC:I would tell the person that sometimes he cant get what he wants and explain to him to deal with it inc. Also define Meta Gaming in relation with the two:IC : It means incharacter are the actions or decisions that has an effect on your in game character and are in RP situations, breaking them will result in an in game punishment probably by your higerups. OOC : out of character are actions or decisions that dont have an effect on your in game character. To show that you are meaning sth out of character you can write in the OOC chat by putting // in front of your message or you use the local OOC chat if you type in /LOOC in front of your message Metagaming : Metagaming is if you use OOC knowledge for an incharacter thing for your own benefit. Like knowing when someone uses a fake ID or knowing the name of the person without checking their ID 3 ) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP:Serious RP is when you have to stay IC for the time you are in your character. It is a bit more stricter than the Semi - serious RP where you can talk OOC without getting an IC punishment. It's a bit more calmly 4 ) Explain the difference between PassiveRP and CombatRP, explain your view on their importance in our gamemode:Passive RP is when you are doing like /me.. or in general when you are in a non combat situation and you have to RP. It's more about the daily things like a citizen, where no faces and formations are used. It's very important because only when the passive RP is correctly done, than you have a good RP experience 5 ) Define the term of Combat Baiting: If you are doing an forbidden action like having a gun out in front of CP for example and forcing them to enter a combat situation6 ) Define Power Gaming / Power RP:Power Gaming is If you are doing like /me punches him in the face and he can't get up. When you are in an RP situation and leaving someone no chance to react or forcing them to comply and assuming that it will have success7 ) Define the term FailRP:If a person reacts to sth or acts in a non RP or lore-friendly way and is not clarified as an OOC message, for example if someone drives a pink car on the NRP server8 ) Define the term FearRP: If someone puts you on gunpoint with a weapon than you have to follow the instruction except for ERP because you are afraid of getting killed so you want to do everything to prevent thatExplain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I don't think I deserve to be a Staff member more than other since applicants since there are many good people out there with the correct skills to be up for the task. But I think I will be a good staff member because I want to make the server as best as possible for the players, also I want to help people especially to newer people who might get confused by the options the server can offer. I am a mature and reliable person who can be approached in every situations. When it comes to explaining or teaching how to do something I am very patient in the results. I am a person who works hard to achieve a certain goal and won't rest until I achieved it. That shows that I have the endurance to deal even with people that agrees to disagrees in some situations. Also in my time on the server I was in so many situations that acquired a staff member, because many people break the rule daily so I want to help ensuring that everyone stick to the rules.
