    Why do I believe that I should be unbanned:

    I know when you hear that I exploited you will instantly get the image of someone aimbotting, someone flying or being in a god mode. 

    I however did something else. I ran a script that gives me my net messages to the server (quick example when you open pack3 you send a request to the server which determines if you can open pack3). I began what net messages I sent and I did some testing.

    After figuring some net messages out that are pretty bad for the server I told my discoveries to Vandori.

    So some time later barry messages me and ask me what I was doing and I explained to him that I was figuring out some exploits on the server and telling them to the dev team so they can fix it, but of course I can't just go on the serve go run scripts exploit the server and go away without harm, which is why I am writing this unban request. I will no further exploit on the server when I dont get the clear go from a high enough staff member and I will further try to better the server with suggestions.

    Teamspeak daily, Discord also daily I like to read trough discord when on a long bus ride, forums about every second day

    I once had a sit where I complained about beeing shot as a infected by a virus while I was prop blocked so I couldn't retaliate, I tried to explain a situation to a staff member but because I was muted it seemed like I wasted his time

    Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

     

    1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

    ask him for the players name then bring the player to a sit and punish him accordingly  to his misdeads

    2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

    I would write in the ooc chat that if no one would train  the cadet in the next 10 min I would tp a NCO+ to the cadet

    3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

    I will drag him somewhere and warn him verbally to not repeat it

    4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

    I would remind him to do it and if necessary tell him how to access the cadet training manual to refresh his training

    5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

    I would give him a verbal warning and tell the other staff members to have an eye out for him

    6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

    I would say to them that they could make a complaint in the forums

    Second, I am a dedicated and active member of the community. I understand the importance of being present and engaged with the community, and I am committed to staying up to date on the latest happenings and trends within the server. This will ensure that I am able to make informed decisions and contribute to the overall well-being of the community.

    Even though your application is very good I don't think you're suited for battalion for one your voice is (at least for me) is squeaky which can be unpleasant to listen to for 40min. The other thing is  me and everyone I asked doesn't think you're mature enough for the role of Battalion

    Pros:

    • Good playtime.
    • Lot of experience in different regiment (if that's for the worse of better I can't decide).

    Yes, because I asked an unnecessary I got muted. When I tried to explain myself to my commander (yorche) I couldn't talk and this led to yorche thinking I wouldn't want to explain myself.

    Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum):
    As the leader of the clones, the battalion uses voice amps to lead them to victory. By working together within their own ranks and helping each other as well as the clones, they achieve the best results. In addition to training, open simulations are used to prepare the regiments. During battle, they provide support to the clones in the mid- to backline. During Defcon 5, their primary responsibility is to deny or grant requests from the clones. When doing that they are supposed to be a role model for the clones and should never goof around because a Battalion member is always visible to everyone. It means you must perform at a high level.                                  

    Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum):
    As a highly motivated and dedicated individual, I believe that I would be an excellent candidate for the position of Battalion .

    First and foremost, I have a strong track record of leadership and teamwork. Even though it doesn’t directly have to do with SWRP but I’m a referee in my free time. Thus I’m confident talking to multiple people and good at making the best decisions in the least amount of time.

    In addition to my leadership skills, I am also highly organized and detail-oriented. I have a strong aptitude for planning and problem-solving, which I believe would serve me well in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of a Battalion. I am able to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively, ensuring that all aspects of our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

    Furthermore, I am highly adaptable and able to think on my feet. I have a history of successfully navigating complex and challenging situations, not on this server but instead in real life currently I'm aspiring to graduate with the highest school degree there is in Germany. 
    I am able to remain calm under pressure. I believe that these qualities would be invaluable in a leadership role, where the ability to make quick and informed decisions is crucial.

    Finally, I am deeply committed to the Events and would like to help out battalion in these hard times. I am passionate about the work we do, and am dedicated to ensuring that Battalion performs at the highest level. I believe that my combination of leadership skills, social abilities, adaptability, and commitment make me an ideal candidate for Battalion.

    What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail):
    During an event, they should try to aid their regiment but never interfere with the commands that the Commander gives out. They should also try to stay in the mid- to backline except they supervise a frontline regiment in which case they can help with the pushed.

    What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted?
    - Host an open training with basic complexity
    - leading 1 base attack
    - lead 1 planety and do a good debrief afterwards.

    What rank can Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up too:
    To the rank of Battalion Captain.

    Anything else?: I would even be fine with temp battalion. I just dont want to see battalion going extinct
