Is already EP which i personally wouldn't see as a disadvantage, but some people disagree that staff should be given to EPs.

Navas has all the qualities to be a really good staff member his dedication is flawless there is no doubt about that. The 1 and only issue I could see is that you’d have too much on your plate responsibilities with EP, OS and staff. Plus IRL stuff. Like I said there’s no doubt you’d be great if you got it but just whether it would be too much.

Great fit for staff, but as I stated before I am not sure if getting more EPs in the staff team is a good idea. 1: EPs recently have a lack of events and 2: Someone who never had a chance of staffing or making events can try it out. Other than that you can be a cool staff member.

Even if EP, I still think he would make a good member. Although lacking on events (The whole EP team) Navas bangs out around 10 events each week which is insane, he deserves this 100%.

- Not that experienced with the server
- Got striked for disrespect which doesn't paint the best picture
-  Even if the amount you gave was split in half, 109.5 hours a week is around 4 days. This is still incredibly unrealistic.
My advice is try to get your playtime up and get a higher rank in Jedi to show you are commited. The try and put a bit more effort into your application and you will stand a beter chance.

Very active and mature as clearly shown by his Commander and EP position. Led CG multiple times and I have also played multiple events that he led the full base in on early events when there were no Batt on.
All in all, I believe JH is by far the best pick for Battalion out of the current candidates.

3 weeks playtime is pretty good and definitely enough to have a good idea of how Battalion operate

I have never been CG myself so I don't speak from experiance or anything, however in every planetary/base attack, some CG are forced to protect the brig which I can imagine is extremely boring when they could be helping on the front lines with shield pushes and such. As mentioned multiple times before, this job shouldn't be given to anyone who isn't trusted and properly trained.
