When did you join the server?   Have you taken any breaks since: Ive joined the server back in 2020 November and then i left the server in 2021 Jan. Eversince then I Hadnt Took any breaks.

State the role of staff on the server:  The Role of Staff on the server is to Deal with OOC issues and Make RP better by Claiming Claims and not being biased no matter the situation.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: What i would do first is ask the Clones name and then i would proceed to check logs to see if there is any proof of the shooting  and i would ask if they got a recording or a clip, i would then bring the person that was getting acused  to a sit and let them explain on what happend on their behalf if they just make a poor reason or no acutal reason then i would warn them.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: First i would notify a Battalion+ Member so they can send a NCO down to the cadet area. If there would be no Battalion+ i would Bring a NCO to train the cadet.

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If the CT does accidently shoot then i wouldnt bother and let the IC stuff happen.

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:  If i would be doing claims on my Staff on Duty job i wouldnt bother at all however if i would be on my IC life then I would remind then to Salute a 2nd LT+ Just so they know in the future.

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: Well its FailRP it would be most lilkely just Common sense, Espically when they've read the rules they should know what would be FailRP is and whats not.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: Its the Staff decision they should know what to do and they can always apply on the forums to take that warn/ban back.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):  The reason why i think i would i be a great staff is due to the reason  that im Increadibly active during the day and sometimes nights  when theres not much staff on and as its summer break  i would be able to be more active with no school and no summer homework.  Ive reached Greats rank as one of them Include 104th LT COL/501st LT COL and Jedi Sentry Which both are High ranks in the CWRP aswell as My time in 2020  as i built a great Realtionship with the server in that time aswell.  Im Friendly to new players and others, i talk to other's alot and build great Friendships with many players on CWRP Community im always serious if needed, I show lots of Dedication into the Server, ive had no Bans but i did have one warning Which was pretty stupid of me, but this shows that i dont want to be a minge or an idoit i want to be able to help out others in the community and not abuse my powers. I do however normally Get on the server early before peak time where there are not staff on which help's other players  know that theres an active member of staff on and to know that they can make a claim if they want something.   And im Both active on  discord and TS which shows im always open to have a chat or to Lead. Thats its for my Staff application i hope you really Consider me thank you.

You are quite active however you can be quite immature and very recently I've had to speak to you about messing around in the EC room when you pickpocketed my physgun so I was unable to stop an RDM from happening. I dont think you're quite ready for staff yet.

I don't know you that well but all the encounters i have had with you were all positive.
The reason for the Neutral/-1 is that as wanted said you're actions that you have answered are questionable. And from what i have heard your behavior is not the best. You were also struggling a bit with the last part where you had to explain why you deserve staff over someone else.

Disclaimer: Since there are extremely limited spots in staff with many many people applying I will be completely honest and judging/responding not only based off if I believe you will be a capable staff member but are you better suited to be a staff member compared to the other 40 people that applied, so don't take any of this to heart. I have seen you switch regiments on multiple occasions with no real thought about it and makes me think that you have commitment issues on what you want to do on the server.

You used an alt account to play in 2 regiments at once which well speaks for itself, you probably regret it extremely but still imagine if you were a staff member playing on a second account on the server, can only imagine the punishment.

I know you have the capability to be mature but you aren't often which is fair since you are still young but Id rather like to see someone in staff who can be mature/professional in all staff situations

I hope you don't take any of this personally and keep coming to ARC evals as I was extremely close to passing you like 3 times in a row
