Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: Yes, following a court case I was demoted for physically assaulting a member of RC. However my rank was reinstated following a psychological evaluation and treatment.

What is the Battalion Motto: “Lead your men to death. Honour is better than surrender”

 

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum):

Battalion main role is to lead during events (weather this be co-leading or just leading), maintain day to day running of the base (such as granting and denying) and to assist in the running of regiments, they’re not here to replace regimental hierarchy or to ideally by while the hierarchy of a regiment (they are supervising) does all the work, they should try their best to assist when asked or needed. Battalion has the responsibility of acting as an example of behavior and attitude on base, meaning they should be showing those within regiments what is acceptable in normal duties, trainings/tryouts and events. Battalion who are supervising a regiment shouldn’t get involved with punishing regiments or the running of it (Unless granted by Batt Command and/or Admirality), they should be reporting on their activity, performance and behavior.

 

Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum):

I believe I have a lot of experience with leading, being in CT for over a year and half of that being as CT Commander, I had to manage CT on the daily with the shenanigans that they would get up too. I have been Staff Officer in six different regiments (CT, 501st, 212th, CG, 104th and Temp 327th)  being as previously state Commander in 501st and CT along with being Temporary 327th EXO when that was added, giving me plenty of experience in different areas of leading, combat and equipment. In total I have a combined 1 year of Hierarchy experience and just under a year of experience as a Staff Officer in multiple regiments.

 

I’ve shown myself as very dedicated to the server as I have been a member of the community for just over 2 years along with attaining all my previous states ranks. I’ve proved myself as as trustworth member of the community as I have attained a staff rank, event planner twice and ARC twice. My Conduct on the server is quite lighthearted, although serious as I do understand it is a roleplay server people do want to play the server for fun, I am a serious player as I have not been warned in 2 years and although I was demoted semi-recently I have tried to improve my attitude since, putting in more effort to my clone rank in 104th. I feel I can maintain a balance between acting professional and relaxed when needed.

 

 

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank?: Yes I do!

What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail):

A non-leading Battalion should try to stick with the reg they suprives, assisting but not ordering them and may also assist in the functions of the regiment e.g Flying a LAAT as Transport if not CE are on.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted?

Host an open training, Lead a Planetary and Host a Debrief.

What rank can Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up too: Captain
