I think I was banned once for like a day or so. But that was so long ago that I cannot remember what it was for. My best guess from my very hazy memory would be LTARP.

Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment (If so explain the reason):

In 2018 I was demoted from EXO to CPT (major was highest non RC rank at the time) due to letting a blacklisted member into the regiment. At the time I had not seen them on the blacklist and the Hierarchy who demoted me (212th Commander) was not even online while informing me of the demotion via the Vice Commander, the CMDR was generally almost nonexistent. I have no message proof for this, but years later they admitted to me that they only wanted to find an excuse to kick me out of hierarchy for whatever reason. They were banned a while later for backstabbing within Fleet/Battalion. So take that as you will.

 

What is the Battalion Motto:

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum):

A Battalion is mainly there to grant and deny requests during Defcon 5, aswell as make sure that trainings, SIMs and general conduct is held up to a high standard. Another main priority is helping their regiment, aswell as doing trainings with them. If there is an event Battalion are also required to lead or Co-Lead their soldiers to victory.  Aside from direct duties, Battalion should also act as a role model towards lower ranks with their attitude, professionalism and competency. One thing Battallion should NOT do however, is acting as another hierarchy member. Any Concerns or tips regarding their supervised regiment should be given to the respective hierarchy in private.

Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum):

I believe I am qualified to join Battallion as I have had a long and distinguished career on the server, reaching Hierarchy on 2 seperate occasions and SO on 2 other seperate occasions. I think of myself as a good, friendly and fair leader, which I am sure those who know me from my last run as 212th Vice Commander can confirm. I will also make sure to be there for my assigned regiment and support them wherever I am needed and wanted. I am not going to view doing trainings for my assigned regiments as a checklist to keep my rank, but as a way to strenghten ties between my assigned regiment, myself and also maybe even serve as a inspiration for that regiments SOs and COs. I enjoy making creative trainings, trainings that require you to think out of the box and I intend on continuing that as a Battalion. Furthermore, my maturity and willingness to look at all sides of an argument or situation also permit me to make a fair and reasonable judgement. I have no prejudices against anyone or any groups and will judge everyone based only on the content of their character. It is hard to get on my bad side, I do not hold personal grudges and even if I ever would, I think everyone deserves a second chance.

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank?

Yes I do.

What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail):

Their main priority is to accompany their respective supervised regiment into combat with bravery and honour. However, Battallion should not order their regiment around and let their own SOs and RC handle that. Though limited orders like where to clear a building or where to go next within a building or area are permitted, unless the leading regimental leader says otherwise. They should also act according to their supervised regiment. Aka frontline reg supervisors should stay at the front and support/backline reg supervisors should act as support/backline.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted?

Lead a Base Attack (with or without voice amp)

Lead a planetary (with voice amp)

Host a complex open training

What rank can Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up too:

Great guy who is fair and friendly to everyone. Sure has been a while since he played religiously but would do a great job seeing how he has a lot of experience especially on this server. When he was my hierarchy he was great and took his role very seriously.
