State the role of staff on the server: The staff is the best option to help people in OOC, Help other staffs with calls and sits, make sure no one is breaking any rules of the server and punish whoever breaks it and they put a lot of effort that i am happy for and make the server going as long as possible with no problems and no issues.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: 

i'd ask for the clone steamID , name. and am gonna teleport the killer somewhere clear and the guy that told me he was killing other clones, am gonna ask the player if he have evidence that the killer was killing, if he don't I will check the logs of the killer if i see that he indeed killed other clones I would give him a warning and ban him for 1 week, if he didn't then am gonna teleport both of them back

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

I'd go to him and ask him did he ask in advert, if he did and no one trained him, i will ask for someone to come train the cadet, if no one reply or come to cadet area to train the cadet i will say if no one wants to train this cadet i will teleport someone randomly to train him, if no one reply or come to train him, i will teleport a random NCO tell him if he have time to train the cadet, if he does i will leave the cadet to him, if he doesn't am gonna get someone else

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

Its accidental so I will not ban him , warn him i will tell him to don't do it again, i think this is for CG not for Staff

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

I'd just remind them that they must salute to 2nd LT+ i wont insist they do it but I Will just tell him so he knows, i wont take it any further from here because it may be a mistake or he was afk for a second

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: I will tell the person that any thing that counts as a FailRP than it is, even though it's not in the server rules, breaking failRP, is still in the rules so he must not do it, I would give him a warning so he don't do it again, if he does insist it's not in the rules I may take other staffs opinions about it.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: i will tell the person that it's according to the rules he still shall get the punishment so he doesn't do it again, and everyone must be even so if someone break the rules infront of you and i don't punish him but when you break the same rule and i punish you, you're gonna be mad and not happy about how not even you are between other members, and if he doesn't like it they can make a warn appeal on the forums.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I wont say that I really deserve being an a staff in the server and I wont insist that am gonna be the best but I will do my best to help the server to go even more further beyond, for me seeing how the server is growing up I really wanna be a big part of it and be one of the many people that helped to build this community. 

For me, I had a lot of fun in the server, even though I resigned. I missed the server, I missed the old days and the days I were helping others, doing trainings, participating in events, help others with trainings and participate in SIM's trying my best to get the medals and all that, for me I feel like I want to help the server as much as they helped me.

and all the people I met in my journey, I want to help them as much as they helped me, I want to make them happy as much as they made me happy, I want to make them feel better just like how they made me feel better, I want them to be confident just like they made me confident, I want to help every single member in the wonderful server and be one of the best.

Finally, I believe its a great opportunity to prove that I well be one that everyone respect and be loved just like how I will treat them and respect them, and I would love to do my best.

The Application:

• Pros:
  • I respect the motivation behind wanting to be staff, a desire to give back to the community is very admirable
• Cons:
  • Pretty low play time - especially when compared with other applicants
  • Have not really held any high ranks that would show off your ability to handle power and responsibility
  • Your answers to the questions are lacklustre: No need to ask for SteamID, you can just grab it, why a 1 week ban - where did this number come from? etc
  • You don't really stand out at all - your answer to 'What makes you better than other staff' does not sell yourself to me, so you do not come across as strong compared with other applicants.

The Applicant:

• Pros:
  • I haven't heard anything negative about you.
• Cons:
  • I do not know you, and therefore I cannot comment on what I think you would be like as staff

- Not heard anything negative since you've joined the server

Overall:

I think the app itself could have used some more detail, and written slightly better. As mentioned above I haven't heard of any negativity since you joined the server.

my playtime in my old account before getting replaced / hacked, was more than 2 - 4 weeks may even hit a month, but i dont have proof anymore thats why i just gave you my new account time.
