 I first joined around 2018-2019 but I only started seriously playing at July 2022 onwards.

 I actively check the discord daily and use the teamspeak regularly. I've just started checking the forums recently.

Now these warnings are from literal years ago and ever since my return I havent added to the list since. I would say I was a different person back then but I still take responsibility for what I have done and hope you can see I aim to never be as dumb as I was back then.

State the role of staff on the server:

 The role of a staff member is to maintain peace on the server. This involves dealing with rulebreakers appropriately and attempting to contain and minimise and disruptions to peoples experience on the server. A staffs role is also to create a fun and inviting enviroment for everyone.

 Yes, I am intimately familiar.

 Yes and I'll make every effort to ensure it never comes to that.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

 Well first I would teleport the supposed offender to a discrete location and freeze them if necassary. I would check logs to see if they match up with the information I have been told and if so I would ask there reasoning for this and if they fail to provide and valid reasoning I punish them according.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 I would teleport to the cadet and reassure them that a trainer will be with them shortly. Then I would contact battalion to assign a trainer for the cadet and if this proves unsuccessful I would teleport an NCO+ to handle the cadet.

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 Well if its clearly an accident I see no reason to take the CT out of roleplay and would allow the battalion and CG to use their judgement in the matter.

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 I would quickly remind them of the rule in character as its a pretty minor thing and hope they learn to salute in the future.

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

 Well it comes down to common sense and if this instance shows clear intension I would proceed with the proper handling for FailRP. This also shows an attempt to find loopholes so I would bring them up on that and ask for them to use better judgement.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would make an attempt to calm them down and try to deescalate the situation. If they refuse to calm down and be rational I would mute them and explain my thought process on why I punished them and if they still continue arguing I would refer them to the forums to attempt to make their defence and return them back to RP.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

I would say that I should be considered to be a staff because I genuinely care about this server and its wellbeing. I have met and talked to some great people on this server and I would love to see this server thrive and aid in its upkeep. I would be passionate about being the best I can be whilst performing my duties as a staff member and always attempt to learn and improve throughout. I have maintained a consistent level of activity and can ensure that I will stay consistant. I can ensure that I will remain unbiased within all situations I may deal with. I hope that people can trust in my judgement and beleive that I can maintain such responsibility as I beleive I could. I have had experience in the past and the knowledge I have gained from then I hope to utilise in the future. I always attempt to avoid confrontation as I find it hurtful and meaningless. I would hope to strive for the best outcome in every situation. If I am allowed this role I would truely be passionate in proveing myself adequate. I know in the past I have made major mistakes that have caused severe backlash but I would like to think that this has pushed me to improve myself and ensure that I am good to others and to never give others a negative experience. I hope that I can be someone who can be a positive aspect in the server community. As a note on his demotion and strike, they were simply due to him being new and him not fully understanding the rules around duelling. Walter learned from that experience and I have never had an issue with him since.
