 Yes i own a working microphone and i speak 99% of the time might once in a while type for whatever reason.

 I joined back in 2018 and i have taken 1 break for the last 5 months or so

 Very often im on TS most of the day since i play Gmod most of the day

 Yes i have read them and i feel comfortable than im familiar with them

 I was a moderator on a DarkRP server back in 2017 right before i switch over to StarwarsRP i think i was mod for 3 months or so

 Yes i understand but if i do anything wrong feel free to talk to me about it and i will of course correct it

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

I spectate the accused to see what is going on if i don’t see any evidence of (killing of other clones) i would check the log if that also shows the same that no rule has been broken i would Verbally warn the player who falsely accused another player of RDM

If however I find evidence either in person or in the log. since i don’t know if there’s any protocol for this i would personally give the person a 7 day ban for Mass RDM

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 I would check if there’s someone on the way or if batt is already ordering someone to go if not i would check Tab for an NCO to Teleport and ask i he/she would be able to do it. i would retry until i get someone if i don’t find anyone. highly unlikely but possible i would do it myself if i am NCO + at the time

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 I would pull them aside and tell them how it’s done and please be careful in the future.

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 I would let it go it doesn't really matter to me and as far as i can see nobody else really care either

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

 Depends on how extreme if it’s just some CT threatening that they will kill themselves i would just tell them that in RP clones are conditioned and wouldn't do that so please stop using it in RP since it is FailRP 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

 I would say that they can report me for abuse on the forums if they like but that this conversation is over now.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

I believe that I would be well suited to be a staff member since I'm a very calm person who can put myself in someone else's shoes and listen well. I also believe that I can be a fun person which is often needed in a community. You can’t just have angry people running around policing you sometimes need to loosen up and see the fun and let it go. But when it is needed I can also straighten up and be serious. People need to respect staff especially the lower ranks who don’t understand how everything works yet. I also believe that my activity is a big plus. I am on the server from about 14:00 until about 23:00 on weekdays and on the weekends I'm on from 09:00 until somewhere in between 00:00 and 02:00 the next day. I'm also a pretty experienced Gmod player at this point with my 2000+ hours. I'm a very hard working person once I set my mind to something I go all out. I'm not the type to just give up after one or two tries. When you start something you better finish it and you better finish it the right way if you can’t don’t start at all. Plus doing something fun is always motivating and being a staff member is definitely a fun job. My maturity is probably the biggest plus. I'm never the guy who goes out partying all weekend. I don't see the point in it to be honest, a waste of money and time. I also like to think that I learn from my mistakes so when I probably make a few I'll learn and be better afterwards. Well thank you for your time. I think I'm going to end it here.
