• Pretty generic event idea for both Clones and Jedi
• 7 Clone EC's for a planetary with your chosen HP would most likely be too weak - best to just increase the number of EC's instead of making the EC's more powerful
• The event plan would be more enticing if there were different possible outcomes

ECs are fine depending on what day of the week this is done the EC number is fine and you can still change the HP as you stated.

Nice event can be developed on though to make it so that there can be different possibilities.
