Why do I believe that I should be unbanned: its been 6-7 months and i have been forgiven before but i have matured and changed and wont ever do it again

Judging from the website link you have provided, your SteamID is STEAM_0:0:565189251 and it shows your last ban was on the 24/09/22 for "Banned before. Still NH2RP". 

It takes a lot of shit to get banned permanently for multiple bans and you have only been banned for 3 months. I really doubt you have matured and changed in 3 months and this is quite a low-effort appeal.

Seeing as you have 9 bans on your record without the without counting the permant ones they add up to well over 3months of ban times, you have 10 arrests as well,  you have many warns most for the same thing. All of this clearly shows during you time on the server you never learnt your lesson and carried on messing around with that being your pure only intent. You have given me very little reason to unban you close to none without even putting in effort into your unban app.
