Denied banned for telling mods/people who can ban to unban my friend who was banned for mrdm on false pretences

me n a friend were playing this server, was in the 212th bat n was having fun, a mod/whoever can ban ppl say who killed 3 ppl. 2 of which were on myself when i was stuck in the floor n i see no reason to get an admin involved when i can just be killed n respawn. Why the fuck should i have to get an admin to move myself when i can just get a friend to kill me n respawn exactly where i need to be? i see this as no reason to be banned so i argued n got myself banned. hope this gets resolved cause why should he get banned for helping me out?
