Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would spectate the player in question and if they were I would warn them and then ban them if necessary

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would TP to the cadet and then tell battalion to send a NCO and if no one comes I would TP a NCO to train the cadet

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would check to see if it generally was and accident and if it was I would let CG deal with it

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: It's not really a big deal so I would just ignore it

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would warn them for FailRP because its Still FailRP even if not stated in the rules

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would tell them to go to the forums and make a complaint

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): 

As a staff member, I will bring a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to help others. I am a quick learner and I am always willing to learn new things to better assist the players and the staff team. I am also a very organized and efficient person, which will help me to effectively manage and complete tasks assigned to me.

One of my strongest assets as a person and potential staff member is my ability to communicate effectively. I am able to communicate clearly and professionally with players and staff members, which is essential for providing help and resolving any issues that may arise. I am also a very patient person, which will allow me to calmly and effectively handle any difficult situations that may arise.

In addition, I am a very dedicated and hardworking person. I am willing to put in the time and effort necessary to effectively carry out my duties as a staff member. I am also a team player and I am always willing to work with others to achieve a common goal.

Overall, I believe that my passion for helping others, my understanding of the rules and regulations of the server, my ability to communicate effectively, and my dedication and hardworking attitude make me a strong candidate for the staff team. Overall:

With Chad I am leaning more towards +1 than neutral. He has shown to be trustworthy now and has good activity and shown commitment to DU since leaving GM to join them. When Chad was in GM he was a good member overall but sometimes had annoying immature tendency's, to be fair to him these have seemed to stop since getting hierarchy so that is why I am leaning more on +1 overall.
