Name of the staff member who banned you: Krowly Indirectly

Why do I believe that I should be unbanned: He warned me for DRP for calling someone a bitch. However, I said thats a bitch and my mic was on full volume so it was inaudible. Me and him spoke in discord and semi agreed it was a misunderstanding as I was inaudible and didnt realise. Kind of my bad for the volume  being up but didnt realise however I dont think its worthy of a warn that gets me a 5day ban.

Please refrain from re-interpreting what I told you. You asked for a higher up Staff Member to unban you, as when you asked me on discord to unban you, I told you that I am not in the position of power to do that, as I am pretty sure a Senior-Moderator can not edit bans handed out by the AWarn system. I simply stated that if you think your ban was unjust, you may write an unban request just like everyone else, as you are not entitled to special treatment through Senior Staff or the Server Management Team.

I wasn't re-interpretting what you told me at all? I was explaining my side of the story. I had to mention it was inaudible from your end as from my end I couldn't tell. As I did not do what you warned me for?

Also, I never asked a higher up admin to unban me. I suggested we tried to get one, then you referred me to the forums which is why I've made this appeal which I think is fair as the ban is kind of invalid.

I think it is a bit Harsh like. Like what i've experienced with him a ban is way too much. So just appeal it.  People do deserve a 2nd chance so just take the ban away.

With my experience with you last night, you were just minging. You interupted my open traning and refused to leave so hash had to kick you out. Also AWarn bans mean you reached a certain active amount of warns, i think like 5-7 warns. And they have to be recent so you shouldn't be unbanned. You can wait it out lke most people

You have to accumulate quite the number of active warnings in order to get banned by the Awarn system. And players dont have the best experience with you.

Just because of players experience with me doesn't mean I should be banned for something I shouldn't have done. The warn should be removed.

Them opinions shouldn't be shared on a ban appeal if it has no relevance to the ban. It has nothing to do with your experiences if its irrelevant.

Your ban is justified as it was not any of us that banned you. It was the server because you reached a certain number of warnings and that alone shows you are not here to play by the rules

No way, you are beyond deserving of a 5 day ban. One for reaching the threshold means the server literally decides itself that you are not here to play by the rules. You have disrespected many other people before and gone without warning and wasted a lot of time. I don't see a reason why should be unbanned. Automatic warn or not you were close to a ban from a staff member directly anyway.

You are missing the point that the warn that got me banned was not justified. Therefore, by server rules I shouldn't be banned.

Try not to fill this with uneccesary comments, it just makes a mess. As for this situation, getting banned by AWarn literally means you got a good amount of active warnings, which in that case I'd ban you for NH2RP myself. Also, the replies give more reason for you to stay banned. In my opinion, I'd wait the ban out and read the rules to avoid such a situating again. Regardless of the warn, you are here to ask for an unban, but from what I have seen the ban is more than justified.

It isn't about the amount its about the warn being invalid as I wouldn't have been banned.
