 Around a month prior to the announcement of the switch to Tatooine IRP and I have taken a break since prior to the Tatooine IRP (original) shut down.

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, IRP Discord and our forums:

 I use TS3 very often, and discord fairly often and I check forums occasionally.

Resigned due to my parents having a divorce and I was having some mental health issues.

 I have resolved my previously stated issues (to the best I could).

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:

 Check the logs to see if what I am told is accurate, then invis noclip watch them to see if they are actively killing or if it was a crossfire/mistake and ask if anyone he killed has a clip, if their is a clip or sufficient evidence that he is RDMing then I would check for any active RDM warns and bring him to a sit and either Warn for RDM or Warn for RDM [KICK] and kick them if it is their 2nd active RDM warning.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 I would tp to the cadet and ask them to use the relevant comms to call for a trainer / I would do it myself if I am on the correct job, if no-one responds I would try again in /ooc or pm if not then I would bring those able to train from lowest rank upward.

3 ) During a patrol, an Enlisted Trooper accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 Depending on the circumstances of your involvement then it could be as simple as saying it was a accident and getting them a medic and moving on (all in character), or if you are called by the shot party to inform them that mistakes happen (unless it is obvious by video evidence that it was on purpose) and to reset that persons hp and to tell the trooper to be more careful (as staff).

4 ) You are a Lieutenant or higher rank, an Enlisted Trooper doesn't salute you:

That is an RP issue that should be dealt with inside of RP and not have staff called, therefore if it was necessary I would use In-character punishments and not use my staff powers.

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

Depending on the circumstances around their failrp it could range from a verbal to a warn, if it is something obviously failrp then the rules state use common sense so then I would warn and continue through with explaining to them about why they were warned and to not commit obvious failrp (if it is 2nd offense Warb them for FAILRP [BAN 1d] and Ban for a day depending on severity) however if it is something minor that doesn't massively affect people I would ask them to remove it anyway and give them a verbal warning to not do it again.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I continue to explain if they do not listen then I will say "I have my opinion if you disagree feel free to oppose this in forums / make a ticket against me however at this time the sit is concluded and you will be returned, I will dm you the link to the forum page or you can search up werewolf gaming forum." If after this final statement is said and they are still continuing to argue and become hostile I would tell them that disrespect / harassment of staff is a warnable offence (if what they say / do fits within those categories).

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

I have lots of experience within this server as well as with the relative ULX commands and the situations presented above, I was consistently active prior to my resignation and leave as I played even when the server was lacking in players and I tried to actively participate and give people things to do. Furthermore I have RP experience in many different roles so I can understand many different staff sits from different perspectives as I have been in Scout (army), Tsec (Police), Rebellion and the Fonollios. As well I have helped with a couple documents for this server including some from TSEC and the Staff Guidelines document (w/ Onyx and Seth), so I have a in-depth knowledge of the rules as well as the guidelines in which staff must abide by while playing, and that while you can joke around you have to know the limits. Continuing on I am very active within the teamspeak both now and prior to my absence and I consistently check discord when I am pinged or when a channel I am actively apart of starts flooding with messages. 
I would also like to consider myself mostly non-biased / friendly but also someone who jokes around and can take a joke without blowing a fuse and can understand that people need to have some fun in times were there is a drought of active RP situations. Finally I would consider myself to have been an active member of the ICRP community who tried to actively talk / meet new people.
