(250 word minimum): I think I would be a good fit to rejoin the staff team due to my long time experience doing staff work on SCP-RP, I have been with the Community since 2018. In that time I was able to get to know the player base as well as long time staff members which I think could get me a head start when joining a team. To me it is important that a staff member knows about previous conflicts between players and knows piller community members that have formed this community for years. I am experienced in the use of the tools the staff team uses and have always been a staff member to take plenty of calls and took pride in having the most claimed sits for quite a while. When needed I take the time and help the person more than with just their immediate issue and attempt to help new players to get a start. I wish to help keep this server enjoyable to the majority and aim to assist in finding the people that ruin the experience for most just for there own fun by RDMing, Minging and other unnecessary behavior. Another skill important for a staff member is being able to calm a situation and act as a moderator in disputes, I think I hold that skill and would wish to use it more effectively as a member of the staff team. I attempt to stay neutral and give both sides a change of explaining themselves without being disturbed. The saying of "Screaming louder doesn't make you right" goes a long way for me. I would also like to address that back in 2019 I was demoted from the rank of Super Admin. The situation was rather simple and considered by most that know the story to be unjust. To make it short: I banned a staff member going rough at the time and informed Harland before talking to the Server Owner at the time (who is not a part of the community any more from what I know), as I was in chats with him anyways. The Server owner did not take that good and ended with him finding the excuse to demote me. He claimed that I am not allowed to Ban Staff. That is correct but quite unreasonable in the context of the situation. How long will you be able to play per day?: Since I have joined again I have played around an avg of 8 hours a day. Any past experience as staff?: Yes I have been a staff member on W-G SCP-RP (Super-Admin) and before joining W-G I was a Super Admin on a large MilitaryRP Server (for a little more then half a year). Any previous warns/bans? If so why? (maximum of 15 warns, exceptions can be made.): No I do not have any warns or bans. Do you know the basic ULX commands Yes/No: Yes, I fully understand ULX and all other tools used by staff. Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions): SCP-RP is a game mode which aims to recreate the day to day operations descripted in the SCP Wiki, which is an passionate project of writes and storytellers about a secretive organisation which contains anomalais objects and attempts to research and use there powers. The organistation is supported by large world governemts but is unknown to local and most of state governments. One of the most Important sectors of the SCP Foundation if not the most important is the Research Department in which researchers test on "SCP"s in order to find out more about these object like there origin and there powers. The researcher then attempt to develop methods to use these anomalys in the interest of the SCP Foundation as well as develop containment procedures (from which the anomales get there numbers, example: SCP-999 is the #999 containment procedure made) to secure the anomales from doing harm. A sector of the SCP Foundation working close with Research are re/containment units who specialise in keeping anomalies in containment and in case of failure recontain them. Often times special Mobile Task Force's (MTFs) are created in order to handle single SCPs or types of SCPs. A large part of SCP-RP is the Intelligence gathering part of SCP in which the foundation attempts to gain information about anything that may effect the foundations operations as well as hinder enemies from getting access to SCPs. There are multiple branches within the SCP Foundation that gather intelligence like the Department of External/Internal Affairs, MTFs specialist in theses fields as well as units that serve a brought spectrum of duties. These "opponents" of the Foundation are often knows as GOIs which can be organisations and groups that have interests in infiltrating, stealing from or destroying the Foundation or could be neutral to the foundation or may even supportive of the foundation. Conflicts between GOIs happen frequently and may not even have any involvement of the Foundation which leads to an even more intertwined player experience. In order to keep these external threats as well as internal dangers in charge W-G's SCP-RP has the Security Branch of SCP in it. In this branch different units which are tasked with securing single groups or areas of facilities up to units that are specialise in making sure no rules set by the foundation are broken which is often done through combat but most of the time involves manning checkpoints, doing patrols for threats, escorts of prisoners and VIPs and many more tasks of which some are more simple and other highly complicated and specialist. If players are more interested in politics site administration allows them to control and regulate the facility and make decisions that affect all personal, this is on one side a great job but also requires forward thinking and a resistance to pressure which lies up on the shoulders of all site administration personnel. Which is why I immediately contacted Harland and later actually joined in a voice channel Ash was in to inform him as well. I met Banshee I-G and have no issue with him.
