State the role of staff on the server: Staffs’ purpose is to make sure that everyone is following the rules, and to help players by doing “claims” such as to get someone out when stuck in a prop or wall or to give people tools/hp/weapons just to name a few examples.

I have read, understood and followed the server rules as close as possible.

Former Staff Questions (Remove these if you have not been staff on our server before):

 

 

1 ) For how long were you a staff member on CWRP:

 A few weeks

2 ) What rank did you reach before leaving the staff team: Trial event planner

 

3 ) Were you demoted or did you resign? Why: Demoted for failing the trial period due to power abuse

 

4 ) In hindsight, what would you have done differently as a staff member: Probably would have asked for more help when I was uncertain of what to do from a more experience staff member and I should have been more mature with my attitude as I was quite immature back then.

 

5 ) How have you improved since you left the staff team: I have since matured a lot over the years, and become a lot more responsible for my own actions along with not being scared to ask others for help.

 


 

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

I would check logs to see if this person has indeed done something. In case they have I would pull them away to a staff sit somewhere secure where I would deal with them appropriately. If I do not find anything in the logs, I would still spectate the person for a moment just in case.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

I would go to the cadet and explain to them to ask for a trainer using the /advert command, and if they do not get someone in 10 minutes, they should call staff again. If they have already done this and have now called me, I would either tell a battalion member to send someone to train cadets or ask for/pull a trainer myself depending on the situation.

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would watch the situation for a while, but I’d first let CG deal with in IC. If the situation escalates outside of CGs control or otherwise cannot be resolve IC anymore, I will pull the CT away to a staff sit and deal with the situation OOC accordingly. After any of these situations, I would also inform the CT how to properly safety a weapon, if they have not been told already.

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 I would explain to them that they should salute those who are 2nd LT or above, but I wouldn’t take any OOC action as this is purely an IC situation.

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:

 I would explain to them in a staff sit that even if the FailRP situation is not specifically stated in the rules, it is stated that FailRP situations are resolved with common sense and staff has the final say in whether the situation is FailRP or not.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

 I explain to them that staff has the final say when it comes to the situation, but I will also guide them to the forums where they can file a complaint if they truly feel it is necessary.


 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): Since rejoining the server in November last year, I have spent lots of time proving myself to be a trustworthy and active member. Proof of this is me reaching the rank of Senior medic and RC within a relatively fast time frame since returning to the server, around 9 months or so.

During my time on the server, I have gotten acquainted with the majority of the server, and have made myself to be an easily approachable, understanding and helpful person. I often get asked a lot of questions by new members of the servers and I am always glad to help them out in any way I can.

I am also good at working with a team and try my best to help everyone meet their goals. be it helping medics with their checkup or training mins, assisting other’s getting their medals/mins by being a part of their trainings. I also worked alongside with CG for a long time as a brig dummy when they needed one and even got myself placed in the CG hall of fame for my efforts.

I have spent a considerable amount of time on this server and community, first joining it when I was 13-14. This has led me to grow with the community and I feel a need to give back to it by helping it become a better, more welcoming, and safer environment to those who participate by becoming a staff member, so that everyone can enjoy the server as much as I have throughout all these years.

When it comes to my strengths, I find my best defining traits to be an immense amount of determination to always improve myself. This means if I fail or mess up something I always try my best to improve upon what I have done, and I have an extreme will to achieve my goals no matter how hard they may seem.

I hope the examples and reasons I have given, along with the answers to the questions have proved to you, why I would be a great pick for the rank of staff.

you seem to power abuse a lot like you kicked me in arc channel a lot when i had operator for a day, so i spite you for life. your RC ego has ruined your reputation back in my day you got an RC ego from pulling egirls and being a big time baller (like f73).

switched to OS bc life was hard as DS, this is a quitters mentality and he should not have staff so HUGE -1
