What was your event and was it successfully executed?: havent done one

Do you understand the responsibilities a event-planner has? If so, what are they?: To provide fun and balanced events for both parties.

Do you understand at the beginning of passing the application stage, you will have to undergo a training phase until completely trusted to create and host events?: Yes



Event Plan: 
Create a large scale event plan, this is what we will use for your first training event. Make it easy to understand and original(Use the Template): 

The Empire has been sent to the planet to reclaim their base that has been captured by rebel troops. Once Fleet will brief the troops saying, "We have been sent here by high command to reclaim the stolen base by the rebel troops", that is going to be all the information they have been given. Shortly after the debrief the Fleet will recieve a radio message from the Rebel Leader, stating that they are there to negotiate. The Fleet will send their troops to the location given in the radio message. They end up inside of a building where only the Rebel Leader will be standing and no other rebels. The Rebel Leader visibly hurt and stuttering his words and seeming nervous. Special Forces (if available) will be sent to negotiate with the Rebel leader, and during their negotiation to regain the base, the Rebel Leader will drastically change tone and in a quick scared way state that he is being held captive and that the Imperial troops have been led into a trap. As he finishes his sentece, gas will deploy from the ceiling vents killing the Rebel Leader but barely hurting the Imperial Troops. Once the Rebel Leader has been killed the Imperial Troops will be ambushed by the Rebel Forces and the battle over the base and its land will begin.

(The rebels will have different traps set up all over the planet to use to their advantage, and it will be a challenge for the Imperial Troopers to push through as they never know when the next trap will hit them)

All of these are dependent on the amount of people online

Passive, HP, Amount:

(Fake Rebel Leader, 250, 1) Will only be present during negotiations, will not be involved in combat.

Imperial Execution: The Fleet has gotten word about a stolen base / outpost on the planet of Scarif, and they will be sent there to reclaim it.

(How will you let all or specific players know about the start of the event)

Event Character Execution: To wait until the Fake Rebel Leader has been killed by the deadly gas, and then ambush the Imperial Troops who are running away from the deadly gas.

(What instruction will you give the ECs to start the event)

 

PME Plan:

Background Information (if applicable): Weird things have started happening on the main base, and its the Imperial Troopers duty to figure out whats wrong.

Who is the PME target at:
(Specific group of people/ Imperial Regiment/ Sith path) All Imperial Troopers

How will the PME run: There will be 2 fake Imperial Troopers who will be running around the main base in secret gathering data and valuable information of the main base. With help of there high end technology, they will be able to remotely turn off the Generator, close hangar doors, and control any gadgets that they have set up in advance. It is the Imperial Troopers duty to find whatever / whoever is causing these anomalies, and to catch them before they do anything unfixable.
