Do you understand the responsibilities an event-planner has? If so, what are they?: The responsibilities of an EP are to keep their ECs in line, Ex/ make sure they don't HP rush etc. But also to keep up with their mins, 3 events every week a PME and cohost every week and 1 Planetary every 2 weeks.

Do you understand at the beginning of passing the application stage, you will have to undergo a training phase until completely trusted to create and host events?: Yes


Clone Event Plan:

Create an event plan for clones, Event announcement, What type of enemies will be encountered. Keep in mind this will be used for your first training event. Make it easy to understand, be original and be creative(Use the Template):
 

Story for your event: A spice gang have taken a Republic Senator hostage, they are demanding a ransom that is ridiculously high. The Republic will go to Mos Mesric and try to save the Senator alive.

 

Event Announcement for your story:

Clone Event Outline: A gang of Spice Runners have kidnapped a Republic Senator, taken them hostage and demanding a ransom somewhere in Mos Mesric. The Republic must investigate and save the Senator, but how will they do it?

Type of enemies/faction, Why them in particular?: Spice Criminals, It makes sense they would take a Senator for a ransom.

Republic's outline and execution: Battalion inform all troops that a Senator has been taken hostage and held for ransom on Mos Mesric, they board LAATs and head to Mos Mesric.
(e.g. "- Battalion inform all troops that an unknown ship has entered orbit.")

Event Character outline and execution: There will be constant barricading all around the city with some Rayshields that need hacking. Hold off the Republic for as long as you can until the end where we will have a final showdown.
(e.g. "- All Bounty Hunters are dropped off at the caves, they will stay there until further notice")


Jedi Event Plan:

Create a jedi event BASED upon one of the following P-EC scenario below 

- Grey Jedi Teidowan who prevented the Jedi order from stopping the genocide of a village. The Grey Jedi now must be redeemed by the jedi order. Write an event plan on how the Grey Jedi would be redeemed

- Sith Apprentice who seeks to resurrect its master with a dark ritual after he was slain by the jedi. The ritual required sacrifices of multiple lifeforms. Write a event plan on how the Sith could perform said ritual

- Mercenary Guerilla wanted by the republic for multiple murderers has been hired by a wealthy client. After a high ranking jedi within the order captured the wealthy client previously, now he is hungry for revenge. Write an event plan so that the Mercenary can kidnap the high ranking Jedi

Story for your event BASED on the option: The jedi have spotted a ring of fire near the JT, they investigate and find a circle of and Ewok, Hutt, Twi'lek, Human and a Gungan. The Jedi find out that the Sith in the middle is about to execute them, they negotiate before the Sith kills the Gungan. Then the fight against time before the Sith is able to execute more is on. The Jedi eventually chase the Sith into the caves where he will either escape, or die.

Jedi's outline and execution: The jedi stumble across a ring of fire near the JT, they investigate and find an armed sith lord. He is surrounded by civilians down to their knees. He strikes one and the jedi intervene.
(e.g. "- Jedi finds a camp of slaughtered civilians  .")

Jedi Event Character outline and execution: Remain non-hostile until you need to kill one of the hostages, then attempt to kill another when the Jedi will intervene. Then you will become fully hostile towards the jedi and hold them off until you can either escape or die.
(e.g. "- Sith has sent an emissary to lure the jedi into an ambush")

Application is a bit, let me put it this way, unoptimal here and there. The Responsibilities for an EP are to balance the event, and make it fun for everyone. Of course what you said isnt wrong, but its not the focus of an EPs job.

Overall, a good pick IMO.
