I am back since 4 months and took a break just now because of medical reasons and a private reason that I told Breatoking about. If it is important for the application please ask me privately. If you give reason that you are not doing your job good you may get demoted Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would teleport to the player to spectate him. i would also look at the logs to see if he has done any damage to others. If the player starts doing it again or i have enough evidence i will pull them into a sit and give the appropriate punishment/warning 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I will ask the highest clone/battalion to assign someone. If it takes too long i will put in ooc that i need a trainer or i will bring someone 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If it is accidental and he only shoots once it is up to cg/leading clone to deal with this punishment. Let the roleplay continue 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: Tell him in an rp way. It is not the breaking of a server rule. If i am in a sit he does not need to salute 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: Some scenarios require just thinking. If a clone is physically incapable to do something and they do it in game it's just dumb 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I will try to explain to them why i did it. I would also point them to the forums with any evidence they have, should they feel they have been treated unjustly. If they keep arguing i would explain to them that they can be punished for unnecesary arguing. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I deserve staff more than others because I feel I have been more dedicated to the server. I never took a break if I wanted to. All my LOA’s were forces due to life reasons and me not being able to get my mins done. I recently had to take a break but when I come back I will take gmod fully up again as I love this community. I even took it as far as meeting with people from this community like Duck or Breatoking. While it was just an afternoon we had fun. With all the fun I have with this community and playing on the server I feel the need to give something back and I feel staff is a great way for that. With my experience as battalion I know how to de-escalate a situation and I know how to react to problems. I feel that I can perfectly combine being battalion and staff and I understand that being staff is not an excuse to do less for battalion. With me working at home for the next 2-3 months I am on the server very early so there will always be a staff member on the server. I come on early and leave late. I do not have any staff experience but I learn quickly by doing the tasks and I am not afraid to ask someone if I need to or admit I made a mistake. I think I would be a perfect fit for staff and that I would very much enjoy it.

I am also battalion captain and I am confronted with the rules daily and warning people if they break server rules. I am looking at the rules daily and feel like I know them very well. If I may say so myself I am quite known in the community and would like to return something to the community and add more fun for everyone. I feel like I am a reasonable and calm person and will not abuse power ever. I also feel like I deserve staff more than others because of the commitment I have been given to this server. From very few LOA’s, only 1, to meeting breatoking and other people of this server in real life. This server gives me joy and I would like to keep it diverse by adding the staff role as well. I am also on the server when no other staff is on most of the times. If I am selected there will be a staff member on the server almost always. Being staff would give me more joy than other candidates that are applying for staff as well. I take big responsibility and proudness of being staff and would like to do my part. All with all I think I will be the best fit for your staff team and hope to give a contribution to the server.

Hey thanks for your reaction with kind words. I would like to reply to this if I may. I get why you think i would not be ready seeing as I never did battalion before, but I am a quick learner. If i may come over mingey it is not meant that way. I do like to keep things playfull/lightly in the morning as my ce job. Honour is better than surrender Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum): The roles and responsibilities of battalion are to oversee the base and make sure every regiment has something to do for example that they are conducting trainings. The first responsibility is to grant or deny the adverts to keep the base going. Battalion is meant to lead events and host debrief to inform the troops on what is about to happen. It is also the battalion’s responsibility to fix any problems on the base such as a rogue droid or a scavenger. The said person can do this by ordering CE or CG for these examples to take care of it. The biggest responsibility in my opinion is to look good in front of the regiments. You are an example and should not misuse that. Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): The reason I want to be a battalion member is that I aspire to grow. In my current stage at CE I can not grow any more and despite it being a very fun regiment I do want to choose battalion. The reason you should pick me is because, I believe so myself, I am a professional player who can be very strict if the situation calls for it but also be loose and make a friendly talk with some people. I have read the handbook and find some things hard to understand, but I learn great on the field and will read the handbook more. I would like to improve this server by enforcing the rules. I have a playfull approach. In my daily life I work as a sysadmin so I am good with commands. I have seen a lot of players and have good interactions with them. I am also a person who is online in the morning, afternoon and evening. So there will always be a staff member online to tend to claims. I have a passion for this and since I joined always wanted to be a part of the staff members. I think everybody deserves a shot, but I have to explain why I deserve it more. And I still say it is the passion for this. Since my break I have lost everything and I rebought platinum. This server gives me a lot of joy so I want to contribute back to it. I do understand that in my normal roleplay activities I can be interrupted to do a claim, but I am willing to take that and still be able to enjoy the server. Lastly it is for the other members of the server that I would like to do this. It would give me joy as well to make other people happy by keeping the server running with good roleplay. Even though sometimes people can get a warn and can be angry with you it is ultimately for the servers good. These sacrifices have to be made men!
