Aswell as preventing / stopping rules to being broken both IC and OOC situations. They are also there to assist players with problems / inquiries they may have, this can include helping setting up trainings etc. Such as setting HP, spawning items in. And inform battalion. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If a single shot is shot, I would let the high ranking officer to deal with the situation, but bring the player into a sit and continue with the questioning / punishement 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: Its an IC situation so my staff duties would not be related, I would instead ask them to in character 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: Tell them that they should also take into account that not every single situation can be stated, and in the situation should take into consideration wether or not they think it would be normally allowed 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: Tell them that further incorporation may result in further punishment Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe I should be staff as I am active on the server, with exception of very recent due to problems which have since been handled. I have previous experience with ULX as a former event planner, and have been previously staff trained due to this. I can come across as friendly and have no problems with anyone on the server. I could say I am a quite confident person and easily to get along with / get to know. I would also say I get along already with alot of the current staff team. I also can be unbiased when possible, no matter who the person or the situation at hand. I also believe I am a trustworthy person. I previously reached the rank of commander and shown commitment to it. I also can be "mature" in situations which deem so, but can also have a laugh with people I am around with. I severely enjoy playing this server and the people I have met in the community, and I wish to be a greater part and do my part for community. The staff side of the server has something which has always appealed to me and is something I wish to pursue.
