Yes, I am not allowed to purposely look at people to get them killed, I can only use my CL5 when chasing a 096-1. I must stay facing one way and cannot just go walking around once I have killed a -1 and I must kill anyone who looks at my face regardless.

Are you able to play SCP-096 often when the job is not full, and give good RP to other players who encounter you?: 

As a player who is on daily, I would play SCP-096 every to every-other-day, like I did with SCP-1048 (Before Ian's purge). As someone who plays a lot of RP orientated jobs I believe I can pass on a good RP experience to those who venture to HCZ.

What is the Containment Procedure for SCP-096?*(Explain in full detail) 

SCP-096 is to be concealed in an air-tight box with no windows or gaps whatsoever, weekly checks for cracks or gaps are run so exposure to 096 is minimal, this includes no camera surveillance or moderation tools that have reflective or absorbing like properties as fear of SCP-096's face being seen outside of his cell. So to check his presence they use motion detectors in the form of lasers and movement. Any photos/videos/material linking to SCP-096 cannot be accessed without permission from the O5 council and Dr REDACTED . Anyone who views SCP-096's face automatically become SCP-096-1 and must be terminated imminently to avoid a breach of SCP-096, during this breach anyone who  views his face will also be killed by 096, or shot by the MTF units on-site. To prevent such, MTF E-11 must put the SCP in containment cuffs (grey) and have a bucket placed on his head (placed from behind to avoid looking at his face) so the event of another breach is shallow. Anyone who takes the bucket off his head is a KOS as SCP-096 is a killing machine and must be contained.

During research, a Class D looks at your face and manages to escape the Containment Chamber, he runs towards the Entrance Zone. What is your course of action while chasing 096-1, and what do you do once you have killed them?*: 

I will chase the ClassD, using my CL5 to open my CC and EZ CP. Once I have found and killed the ClassD I will sit facing the wall where I killed him, however. If someone looks at my face while im chasing the ClassD, I would later return (post ClassD's death), find him and kill him too.

While chasing 096-1, you pass a researcher, Class D and a MTF unit who all look at your face accidentally. Once you kill the current 096-1, you go back and find them, then proceeding to kill them also. Is this good RP and why?*: 

This is an excellent example of good-RP as I have done 096's job well, 096 kills ALL who look at his face, and 096 went to kill the original first case of SCP-096-1 first which is a good example of 096 RP. SCP-096 is a game of cat and mouse, where he hunts all the -1's and violently mutilates them until he can return to his sitting pose.

If SCP-096 bag had come off or if some Escapee Class d ran past and grabbed it, as E-11 or CS would you chase the class d or proceed on to recontain SCP-096?* 

As someone who played a lot of re-containment jobs I would re-contain SCP-096, once he has been in cuffs and the bucket is on his head I will advert on foundation comms that there is a Class-D in *so and so* area and get Nu-7 or TRO to deal with him. A mere Class-D can do no harm whereas SCP-096 could murder the whole facility.

A GOI has managed to enter the facility, and they open your Containment Chamber to cuff you and take you out of the facility, one of them looks at your face but tells you it was an accident, and you can just ignore it. What should you do? Why?*: 

As per rules, I must kill them regardless, no matter if they are a friend or if they brought me out of the facility. If he wishes to call a sit I will explain the rules to him.

This is the first time I've seen an application like this as this is more like a persuasive and well-written essay; I must admit I surprisingly liked this application more than I expected. I've read and acknowledged everything you stated and one thing I would like to point out is how you focused more on "leadership" rather than "power" or "permissions". This was one of the main factors I've given you positive feedback. Other than that, everything is clear, exceptional vocabulary and effective description of yourself and desires.

I absolutely believe you should become an Overseer but I would like to imply on the fact that my decision is subject to changing as I only know you from this application.

I have read the rules a few times and know them.

Describe what SCP-1048 does: What SCP-1048 dose is he will trick people into a false state of security so then SCP-1048 will start to take the SCP foundation personnel's ears and try to make SCP 1048-A and SCP 1048-B ect so he can have another version of him for a friend to walk around the facility with.

 

A GOI has breached you out of containment and take you to Gate A, they tell you to come with them, what do you do?: I would tell them in // ( OOC ) chat that they should get a senior admin's approval and how we will have to wait for them to tell us that we can leave other wise i will just walk away becuase it is breaking a rule and we can be warned or banned, just for leaving, but if they had permission i would follow what they say and do what they say.
