Please add more detail to the "How 1048 should act around Foundation personnel" and aslo write why passive RP is important for 1048 and when you have done that and it is good you will be accepted

Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions):

I believe I should be the O5 council simply because I believe that I have read over many of the rules, and I am fit for it, I don't abuse whitelists, I always make sure that I put a whitelist I may recieve to great use, [I have two at the moment], and generally overall because I want to give others a experience worth remembering.

If I have counted correctly, from what I have read, there are 13 known but not on record.

Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?:

The O5 mainly files paperwork, checks on how foundation staff are doing, making sure they are up to standard because if they find out that they are not, they may become a test subject, terminated, or brought to his office for interrogation, When he is needed, he will usually learn about the situation, fit in quickly, depending on the threat level, take action, He will make sure that all intruders, breached SCP subjects get re-contained in a very short period of time, He differs from other administration since he has the most access to security files, and

I cannot really say what makes me special, I am a decent human being like most others. The only thing you might consider me 'special' for is my patience.

You ask a staff member to turn it on for you, if it is really needed that is.

What are the rules a O5 Council member has to follow?: 

The rules are simple, stick to the guidelines, Do never activate a nuke to rdm people, this will get you demoted and possibly banned, Do not initate a lockdown when not needed, and more are read with !rules in-game.

Why would you like to role play as an O5?: I would like to roleplay as an O5 to increase my experience as well as making sure the facility is kept clean, there are no members slacking, and generally overall, give others an experience worth remembering.

  • Low effort/garbage/shitpost application - severely under detailed to the extent that none of the word requirements are met. Some of his answers are literally half-written. Did you accidentally post this halfway through writing it?
  • 13/15 warnings suggests that you're not super trustworthy with an O5 whitelist.
  • Questions are all either answered flat out incorrectly, or poorly at best.
  • Clearly doesn't understand what O5 is/does.

    • "checks on how foundation staff are doing, making sure they are up to standard " thats the role of the SD and the SA, not the O5. O5 oversees the SD and department heads and makes decisions such as whether or not to use SCP grenades on GOIs or nuking the site due to a mass 008-II breach plus running the entire foundation as a whole rather than just the site.
  • Guessing by their lack of knowledge about the O5 Council member's role they probably have not read the O5 Council lore/tales.

Man I have a question for you. Why with the constant alt accounts and name changes?

If you aren't aware, this is BlackSkullz, one of his more recent Alt Accounts is "Ban_Anu", I can prove it if you want me to. 

He keeps attempting to apply for staff and O5, yet he keeps getting denied because A) He never actually makes a good app, which is shocking because he's applied at least a good 5 times now, and he keeps getting denied for making a bad app. B) He's immature and unfit. 

He keeps applying, get's denied, leaves the community and comes back on an Forum account and different IG name. 

I wouldn't have such a big deal, if he didn't keep trying to hide who he really was, not to mention to my knowledge you just came back? As I only saw you on the server today. Additionally on his latest Staff app, he used his main account to +1 his staff app. 

I'm not attempting to attack him, it's just that this needs to be stated, so that people can understand who they really are dealing with.

I have been playign for 1 week 2days 11hours 36 mintues and 10 seconds

In-Game Warnings [reasons and amount. type !warns in-game to find, must have fewer than 20 warnings. (exceptions can be made)]:i think ive only been given one warning for rdm which was in v5 of the map i belive dont exactly remember.

Have you read the rules of SCP-RP, and do you understand them?: i have read all the rules of the server and understand them all clearly.

Have you read the rules of SCP-096, and do you understand what you can and cannot do? Demonstrate your understanding* i understand that i can not go on a massivekilling sprees even if told by other players to do so i also now that i cant move after killing my target or to try and look around to make people see my face i also understand i cant do anything seen as fail rp or fail fear rp like rbeaking out my contaiment cuffs.

Are you able to play SCP-096 often when the job is not full, and give good RP to other players who encounter you?: I will try to give players a brilliant rp experince as 096 and ill take any advice on how to be him more sucessfully and if i do make a mistake i will accept punishment given to me by staff.

What is the Containment Procedure for SCP-096?*(Explain in full detail) To contain 096 is to keep eyes averted from his face and then try and get into a posistion to bag 096 head so no hostility can acqure and will be cuffed and then escorted back to its containment chamber once 096 is in his contianment cell i must make sure 096 is facing away from his chambers door. i think will do the /me command to remove his bag and cuffs then turn my back to him and approch the chamber door and leave sealing it behind me

During research, a Class D looks at your face and manages to escape the Containment Chamber, he runs towards the Entrance Zone. What is your course of action while chasing 096-1, and what do you do once you have killed them?*: Once i have managed to kill my target i will cease all hositlity and remain where i have killed my target so that e 11 contianment or cs can take me back to my contaiment chamber


While chasing 096-1, you pass a researcher, Class D and a MTF unit who all look at your face accidentally. Once you kill the current 096-1, you go back and find them, then proceeding to kill them also. Is this good RP and why?*: It makes the Rp of 096 more easyer to understand because even if they didnt mean to see my face they still did so i do have to obey my scp rules and hunt them down to kill them it also teaches people and players why not to look while 096 is out and it also makes the server more scary and intense nowing there is a creature that cant be stopped easly.


If SCP-096 bag had come off or if some Escapee Class d ran past and grabbed it, as E-11 or CS would you chase the class d or proceed on to recontain SCP-096?* I would continue with containing scp 096 because he takes higher priority then a running class d i shouldnt have to chase a class d thats why secuirty are on site and after returning 096 to his containment cell and making sure it is sealed with him facing away from the door id assit security if the class d managed to get into hcz

A GOI has managed to enter the facility, and they open your Containment Chamber to cuff you and take you out of the facility, one of them looks at your face but tells you it was an accident, and you can just ignore it. What should you do? Why?*: Even if the person says it was an accident i still have to do what i am told to do in my scp rules to chase and to temrinate my target even if they did it by accident, i do understand that people dont mean to look at my face unless its a test or if somone sees my picture but when a raid happens and they do accidently look at my face i honestly would have to do to treat them as another target
