Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

 Investigate via blogs or if its for an IC reason. If it continues, punish them with MRDM if thats the case

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 Tell people that a cadet needs training and inform battalion to pick somebody or ask NCO's to do so

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

 That is an IC situation and does not need staff involved

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 Once again is an IC situation and instead i'd just tell them you're meant to

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:

Tell them to use some common sense and not every single situation ever is gonna be stated in the rules

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

Tell them further arguments may lead to further punishments and they may apply on the forums for it to be removed if its a warn

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

I have previous experience with ULX and was previously staff trained due to my time in EP and have also dealt with staff situations during late at night showing I am somewhat capable. Situations that need to be taken seriously I am able to do so and can differentiate my stance on it dependent on so. I also feel I get along with many people, as well as many from the current staff team. I have reached the rank of gamma arc and previously reached the rank of commander which shows my commitment and dedication I can have towards a role, I have practically played almost everyday since my joining time, not counting LOA / ROA's and over Christmas time further showing my dedication. My activity is good. If I was to ever do something wrong on accident, I am quick to realise my mistake and if not being able to mend it I can ensure it doesn't happen in the future. I actively strive to not get on people's bad side and would therefore ensure I get along well with people so i'd hope to think i'm liked by majority of people, wether they be people i've just met or people I have known for a while. I thoroughly enjoy playing on the server and interacting with the community and with this I wish to do more for it and be more included and do my part. I am not planning on leaving anytime soon and staff being my primary goal, and so would hope to be given a chance.
