The job revolves around being the administrator of the facility (now replacing O5), they are solely responsible for overseeing all operations in the facility and their subordinates (MTF Commanders, Zone Managers, HoEA, etc). The Site Director is supposed to respond correctly to difficult circumstances that involve internal matters while allowing some autonomy for other departments like HoEA and Surface. Past experience in leadership positions? HR Owner, E-11 Commander, SA, HOS, Mayor, B7 Commander, ECM, SD (when it was unwhitelisted), virtually every single unwhitelisted job on the server including leadership, Nu-7 Commander (before Nu-7 rework) Rate your RP Skills on a scale of 1-10: 9 Rate your communication skills from 1-10: 9 What do you expect to do while being apart of management if you are accepted? Fill out spreadsheets, assist in helping regular SDs in-game, be fairly active, and keep an eye on developments in and out of the game (etc. SDs being problematic).
